Don’t stay here
We stayed for a week for a family vacation. There were quite a few issues and none of them were addressed. They responded to my emails saying they would address the issues promptly but never did. There were tacks coming out of the stairs and we stepped on them multiple times and hurt our feet. Needs fixing immediately!! I asked for compensation but never received anything back. It was a decent property but some other things like constant flashing lights in bedroom were quite annoying. Especially for our autistic daughter. We didn’t use the resort pool and didn’t use our backyard pool much either because we had to pay for it to be heated. We won’t stay here or at any Story Lake property again.
