Great place to stay in orlando

Having had to move from a really poor property we found this one and it is a real gem the site is fantastic. Security is brilliant a true barrier manned operation and drive round vehicles. The club house and water park is fantastic we wil be back for sure

Encore reunion resort

We stayed the February 20th week. The entire experience from check-in to check-out was great. The online pictures and descriptions were accurate and helpful. We will be staying here again in the future. Thanks for a great stay.

For future reference

The cleanliness was overall very good except for one bathroom that had hair on the floors that were left behind. The pool alarming timing could be extended a little longer since it went off very quickly.

All in all a nice area for kids with lots to do. Property, is a bit "dated" and indoor suite needs changing as uncomfortable and outside furniture needs either updating or a very good clean. Otherwise property is fine, well equipped with utensils, etc.

Good floor plan

We have a larger family and this home had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed the pool table and pool/hot tub. Location was nice but traffic can be tricky in the area. We had a few small problems
.. we paid over $300 to heat the pool and it did not work the first day. We requested a refund for that day but received no response. The problem was fixed the next day, but no refund. Our microwave did not work but was also fixed within 24 hours. Our pool alarm started going off continuously at midnight one night. The battery was low. We were able to get a hold of someone and stop the beeping. It was also fixed it the next day. The home was very nice with a good set up. The utensils and cooking pans could be updated. I was disappointed that the advertised price was so much lower than the final price after fees. Overall a nice home in a good central location with lots of bathrooms.

Spacious, Clean Living

Our stay was great. Very clean. Property managers helpful and responsive. Beds and bedrooms with on-suite baths very comfortable. Loved privacy of screened pool area. Neighborhood well kept. Sometimes fellow renting neighbors ignored quiet hours (after 11pm) with loud pool parties. But not much you can do about that! Overall great home and convenient to Disney parks.

Very nice house!

Overall this was a very nice house that suited our needs. Some minor maintenance items that need attention but nothing that would have ruined our stay. One thing that was above average (and is important in Florida in the summer) is that the AC in this house works very well! We've stayed at other houses in this community where the AC struggled to keep up! So if you love a cold house this is the one!

Beautiful Home!

This house was great - plenty of room for the family. Lots space to spread out. Multiple families could definitely enjoy this house. The pool and hot tub were very nice, a good size - and private with landscaping around the pool. We had a couple problems with the pool heat, that we paid extra for, but they were fixed within 24 hours. We visited over the New Year holiday, and I will say that the neighborhood was quite loud all weekend. I understand New Year's Eve, but the parties went on the entire weekend, some until 4AM. I didn't feel like the quiet hours were enforced at all. That being said, once the weekend was over, we did have a few quiet evenings. Just something to be aware of if you are travelling over a holiday. Houses are really close together and noise can be an issue. Other than that, the home was decorated very tastefully and my entire family enjoyed it. Wish there were some amenities left for future guests to use (pool toys, cleaning supplies, etc) but I understand that's probably not done in order to keep the place looking clean, and with covid restrictions.
