This is it! Whether you lounge by the pool or soak in the over sized master bathtub to relax, you have found the home to enjoy both family time and "your" time in a spacious home in the award winning gated community - Windsor Hills. This open concept 6 Bedroom home has flat screen TVs and ceiling fans throughout the property as well as on your screened-in private lanai. You and your guest will enjoy enough room to sleep 16.
This home has 11 beds including 1 king, 2 queens (one on the lower level and one on the upper level), and 2 full beds and 6 twin beds. Each room has a ceiling fan and a flat screen TV.
The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and is FULLY stocked with all the essentials of home including a waffle maker, blender, and Kuerig.
You can sit pool side and enjoy the quiet community and a cold drink or practice your laps while the kids play catch in the over sized back yard...or simply enjoy the flat screen TV and ceiling fan in the lanai.

It was amazing, the house is beautiful. We loved as soon as we seen it online. It was just as described, and Lamont was great about answering questions. I wouldn't mind coming back. It in a good location too, close to everything. I recommend this house!

Had everything we wanted

This house was a very comfortable stay in a lovely neighborhood. The beds were comfy, and the themes were a nice touch for the kids. The house was very clean, and any communication with the property manager was professional. They responded quickly to all requests. For the most part, it was exactly what we were looking for. We would stay here again for sure.

Lovely place with lots of space and a wonderful warm pool for everyone to enjoy. Pool was heated and ready to when we arrived. Communication with the rental property manager was great when we needed to rent a grill. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Great, clean, relaxing place

From beginning to end our stay was great. Check-in was easy. Place was clean, spacious and exactly what we wanted. 2 families, 12 people total and plenty of space for everyone. Kitchen was the best (most fully stocked) we've ever had in years. Location was great, close to parks and close to amenities in the community.

Great place. Clean and well stocked! Large group and one of the only places that ever had enough kitchen space for cooking and dinnerware. House had alot of games that the kids enjoyed and they really enjoyed thr pool.

Overall Nice Stay

We rented this property with some other friends that were attending a volleyball tourney in Orlando. Overall, we really enjoyed the property. It had a lot of space, bedrooms, and bathrooms, and a layout that worked well for us. We had a few very minor issues that were handled promptly by the Property Manager and owner. I would stay here again in the future.

Beautiful House with all we needed plus great owner

This house was beautiful and exactly what we needed for our family of 9. We had some questions about guests, check-out, etc and Lamont responded very quickly. The kids had a blast at the community pool. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect for larger families

This property was perfect for us. Everything you need is there. The beds were comfortable, plenty of space for our group we had 7 Adults and 8 kids we had enough space to enjoy ourselves, the Lani and pool was a big hit! The TV on the Lani was a big plus! The kids enjoyed the community pool and water slides along with the splash area as well. We look forward to renting this property again. I highly recommend it

Will Rent Again!

The house is clean, comfortable and convenient. Very close to World drive entrance off 192, but in a quiet, safe community. The kids loved the pool. The management company was very responsive before and during our stay.

Awesome Family Fun

Lamont the property owner was very helpful with making sure we had important and explicit information as to check in and our responsibility as guests so that we will have an awesome time any concerns I was able to communicate it to Lamont. Our family enjoyed themselves thoroughly the house was beautiful, well equipped and the few things that we did find it was communicated to the property owner/ manager and addressed... Great place to stay

The house was beautiful, well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds, great neighborhood. We were there for my son's wedding so didn't worry with Disney but are hoping to next time. Pool was fun for the kids, hot tub not very hot but that may be a Florida thing. My grandchildren are already planning the next reunion and staying at the "cousin house.". Thanks, and we do hope to rent again.

Even though we haven't used the property the owner and property Manager have been wonderful in this unprecedented time. They have offered us to book at another time when the borders open and it is safe to travel again. Just through our experience thus far we would definitely book with VRBO again.

Disney family vacation

This property more than adequately accommodated our family of 6 adults and 1 toddler. The location at peak hours was a 15 - 20 minute drive to / from the Disney parks - which was the purpose of our vacation. Rooms were spacious, towels and linens ample and the "keyless" entry system a breeze to work. We did experience a number of issues during our stay; those that were reported to the property management were dealt with and resolved very quickly. This property was advertised as "newly renovated": kitchen and laundry appliances worked as expected as did the Air Conditioning; however the sliding door blinds off of the patio / main floor bedroom were very difficult to open / close without the slats malfunctioning (2 slats fell off during our stay even though we were very cautious); one of the two lounge chairs was in need of repair and the toaster was missing a knob; the carpet looked "tired" especially going up the stairs; in the bunk bed room, a light bulb was missing in the lamp. This was our first experience renting with VRBO and although "we thought "we had confirmed with the owner at the time of booking and again a few weeks before our stay that the rental fee included the pool/hot tub heating and an on-site BBQ both these amenities included an additional fee (daily for the heating of the pool/hot tub and a flat fee for the BBQ). The first 2 days of our stay the pool/hot tub temperatures were incorrectly set - therefore both were not usable until Day 3 of our stay; the BBQ was delivered at the beginning of our stay but omitted to include a complete set of BBQ utensils and a liquid gas BBQ starter (which we purchased and left on site for future guests). We would definitely consider renting a villa in this same gated community if our travels bring us to the Disney area again; we will be more diligent in ensuring we are fully aware of amenities that come at an extra cost.
