Almost Perfect

Our stay here was great! It's an older location and not a traditional hotel, but it delivered! Every staff member we encountered was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room was so cute amd cozy and the bed was incredibly comfortable. There was an outdoor sitting area that was so cute and was perfect for hanging out with friends after going out. The room was very clean as well. The toilet in our room didn't flush quite right, but that was the only thing that could have been improved. We would stay here again when visiting Orlando.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Having your own porch is a plus. Located practically on the lake with swans. Very relaxing and place before surgery. Located very close to the hospital. Nice bar/food on backside of Hotel. Home cooking. The carpet in main areas are dated and worn.

Rude staff, unsanitary room, paper thin walls, the beds don’t even have a headboard, tv the size of a note book, it just all around feels unsafe and the guest that stay are sketchy

Very nice updating of a 100 year old property. Friendly staff. Needs a little maintenance attention: faucet was broken (but working) and some cheap miniblind louvers were broken off, compromising privacy.

Location was okay. Overall property was a bit run down, carpet was very dirty going up the stairs. Also, the air conditioner in our room smelled awful. Shower was very hot and barely any pressure. Very limited things that this hotel offers. Room was clean but definitely run down.

Not bad for price and location

So I found this hotel for $60 and walking distance to downtown. Rooms were clean but bit old and outdated. It gave more of a bed and breakfast vibe. Honestly wasn’t bad for the price and distance to downtown. The only real negative is my room was in the road so you can hear every car and person walking by all night which affected my sleep. Next time I’ll just do an interior room
