I had a pleasant stay at [Hotel Name]. The service staff were friendly and helpful, making the experience enjoyable. The hotel itself was comfortable and well-maintained. However, the housekeeping service was inconsistent—each day, something was forgotten, whether it was towels, soap, sugar, or coffee, and I had to request them repeatedly. While not a major issue, it was a bit inconvenient. Overall, a good stay with room for improvement in attention to detail from the cleaning staff.

We loved this hotel, after getting there we decided to just stay at the hotel and relax because it was so nice. Staff always walking around the pool asking if you want drinks or anything. The only thing is the pool was freezing like not even refreshing just u comfortably cold nobody was swimming in it but there is a second smaller heated pool. Also the drinks and service there was a little expensive so if you stay at the hotel maybe get your own drinks in you room and snacks

Staff was amazing not one person was rude or mean or anything. The room situation however my room was not ready at 4 it was ready about 30 minutes after and we had just drove 3 hours to get there we were exhausted. I booked a room with a pool view and the view we had was of the parking lot. The room felt like it was surface cleaned not really cleaned. I felt super uncomfortable with the that. The refrigerator did not work and also smelled like someone spilled milk and left it to rot pictures from online to in person are very deceiving. Very much felt disappointed since I spent over 400 for 3 nights and only spent 2 because I was just so disgusted. Would have loved to get a refund on that one day but they can’t do that so it’s fine I just know not to book here again. I feel like delta being associated with Marriott should have done better. Again though staff was super nice.

Out of control unsupervised small children under the age of 8 in and out of the hot tubs that have waterfalls. hotel staff not concerned for the safety of said children ranging from 3-8yrs old, but did have something to say about a small container of carrots and hummus I had sitting to the side. My sheets were changed out for “fresh” sheets that had someone’s blood on them while we were out. AC worked when it wanted to. Shower leaked continuously. I showed management a picture of my “fresh sheets” with someone else’s blood on them, and their reply was a request to email them the picture, an apology and a refund of the $25 destination fee for one night of our entire stay. Unacceptable.

The lobby / pool area was beautiful. But only that. It seems that’s where all the money and maintenance goes. The room had a smell. It didn’t feel clean. It was very very basic. Would not stay again

Easy to get to and from the Disney parks. They have shuttle service but we didn’t use it. Rooms and public areas appear recently updated. Pools are great! Great staff - Had a billing issue with a restaurant charge but the staff promptly looked into it and discovered the issue and refunded us.

PROs: great staff, very friendly; within 15 minutes of parks; a lot of stores and restaurants around; Plenty of parking; lobby has a Starbucks, market and bar. CONs: outdated/old hotel (at least my building was); based on my experience, def not a 3.5 star, would barely rate it a 3 star; hallway had a smelly musty odor; room a/c did not work well; bed was really hard (and I sleep on firm mattresses)
