The property is a great location and value. Disappointing there was NO microwave. Manager could NOT care less about their guests. Baby the front desk agent was simply amazing. Ray the maint guy was great. The "part time" maint tech could not of looked more unprofessional. We had issue not major but constant and annoying. We and expedia have requested manager attention on more than 10 occasions with NOT a single word, compromise or solution. 4 on staff only because of the absent management. Condition front door issue operation and frame separating from wall, bathroom door needed painted/stained, condensation mildew on bathroom ceiling due to NO exhaust fan in the unit, gate at pool wont let you back into the building. Just would like acknowledgement of the issues.

The hotel had no hot water when we checked in and didn’t bother to tell us!We were in an older room and see some mold on the ceiling. Pool looked clean. No ice on the bottom floor.

No hot water. Toilet didn’t work the first day we got there. No one came to fix the hot water and we asked for more towels and never got them. The room had a cracked vanity, the shower curtain rod was coming away from the wall, there was literal blood on the floor in the elevator and hallway. There was also a fear of not having our parking pass visible because we were told they would tow anyone and it would be $800+!? Honestly the only good thing about this place was the front desk associate at check in, Baby. She was the sweetest.
