Was told by front desk Expedia is a 3rd party so since I booked through them it was only online check in which was fine it gave me a code to get in my room but I didn’t have a access key card to use the other doors in the building from the parking lot and pool etc . The room itself and pool area was great though. Slept comfortably

My daughter and I had to leave an awful hotel nearby and Point by Edge stepped up to save the trip. They allowed us to check in early and upgraded us after hearing what we went through. Rooms were very clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Great hotel. When we come back to Orlando, we now know where to stay!

We loved our stay here! The jetted tub was so fun and we enjoyed watching wildlife from the pond on our balcony. Lots of road work when we stayed so navigating back into the parking lot after spending the day out was a bit tricky, but cant be helped. I think the living room TV remote needs replacement soon. It wasn't working very well. And an outlet on left side of bed wasnt working either

Needs plumbing repairs: tub water control does not close completely and toilet keeps running water. Also, a grab bar bor entering and exiting tub would be helpful for us elderly guests. Otherwise excellent.
