Absolutly wonderful with only one major problem

We absolutely loved this property and had an amazing time enjoying the pool and game room. After staying here, we don't see ourselves staying on Disney property again because a house such as this offers so much more freedom and truly feels like a vacation! The house was spotless, and the host was incredibly responsive.The only issue we encountered was discovering on Tuesday that the refrigerator wasn't working. We initially suspected something was wrong when our ice cream never fully froze. I did not want to complain (which is partially on me) but by Tuesday, I discovered the milk we bought on Saturday night had completely spoiled, and I had to say something. Amir came the next day to check it out and deliver a missing billiards ball as well as make some repairs on the house, but unfortunately, it didn't resolve the problem. He was unable to schedule someone to diagnose it, so we had to make do by packing the fridge with what we could from the freezer. Sadly, we lost a lot of food and didn't have any cold beer/drinks for the trip, which was quite disappointing.I just wish this issue could have been resolved quicker, like maybe not waiting on a repair man and providing a replacement, especially since we only had a week to enjoy the house as do most guests. This is really the only thing I would have changed if I could, I took one star off because of this.

Family disney vacation

The house was just the right amount of time away from disney. It was spacious and everyone had their own space and bathroom. Kitchen was nice and able to accommodate everything we needed. The pool was so nice and fun. We would stay here again for sure.

Vacation with family

The house was beautiful with lots of space for everyone. Hot tub and pool were perfect after long days at the parks. The kitchen was a little sparse ( needs cooking utensils, no spices, helpful items left behind by previous guests) it may just be a new on the short term rental market.great neighborhood, highly recommend.

Great location to all theme parks and restaurants

Property was clean and had everything you would need on vacation . The pool and hot tub at nice warm temperatures for December . The layout of the home gave everyone privacy . Very comfortable and safe . Would recommend and we would definitely stay here again :)

Girls get away

House was very clean and hot tub was wonderful. Battery died in one smoke detector and the owner came immediately after called and switched it out. Couldn’t ask for more. Very spacious home. I would recommend staying here. The convenience to local attractions and shops was close and easy.

Short stay, convenient location.

Second attempt to submit. Welcoming property and home. Well maintained and clean. Has most of the kitchen, bath, and bedroom basics covered. These features are properly noted in the listing. The guidance and "how to" information about the home was clear, and helpful. I recommend providing additional details on how the pool alarms work. Amir did provide additional guidance. The bedrooms had plenty of closet space. We did not use the dressers but did note the drawers were not as solid as expected. Bedding was as expected and we slept well. The kitchen was as expected and advertised. Dish soap, and dishwasher soap provided. Although clean and in good order, we wiped down the counter, table and chair as a precaution. The bathrooms were as expected. Clean, and plenty of bath/pool towels available. Bring your own shampoo, conditioner and bath soap. Hand soap is provided. The location was close to our event, convenient. You do get some road noise from the highway, which is close by. It was background noise and did not impact our outdoor conversations. The pool and spa were great to have. A relaxing place to cool off, or hang out and talk. Well maintained and clean. Check-in and check-out went well. I reached out to Amir a few times through the Vrbo app before, during and after our stay. All communications were address quickly. Although I could have called Amir, there was no need. Amir was also flexible with some of our needs, which was greatly appreciated.

Cozy place

The stay was great, nice pool and heated jacuzzi was amazing! Comfy beds, clean and cozy. The only reason I give 4 starts is that the checking in was a little complicated and confusing with the alarm system. But the host communicated perfectly and answers all the questions, the shower was broken too upon arrival and host was ready to fix everything asap.Thank you for the hospitality!

Good house

The house itself was nice. Family stayed and the property manager was great in the beginning about any questions. The coffee machine wasn’t cleaned out from the previous guests. Directions for check in and out were great and very helpful. Great recommendations for the area. The fireworks from Disney are very far away and not as described. After our stay the host tried to say we damaged sheets even though that was not the case. They charged us anyways. Besides that the house was a good experience. I wouldn’t stay here again however.
