Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony, overlooking beautiful Lake Cay and the Vista Cay resort pool, or relax under a gorgeous sunset and watch the SeaWorld fireworks (*select nights only*) with a glass of wine!

The Florida sun shines beautifully through the living room's floor-to-ceiling windows, creating a peaceful atmosphere for you to kick back and relax on the comfortable sofa. This space features a large smart TV with premium cable and free HBO.

The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and everything you need to cook up delicious meals to share at the dining table or breakfast bar!

*The pool area at the clubhouse will be closing for a significant refurbishment starting September 13th. The pool is expected to reopen by Spring Break 2025, featuring a refreshed design, a new children’s water play area, more deck space and an expanded hot tub, all aimed at enhancing the guest experience.

During this period, the clubhouse lobby and gym will remain open. Additionally, the newly opened pool at the Isles is fully operational and offers a fantastic alternative for our guests. This new pool area includes a zero-entry pool, splash pad, hot tub, fire pit, and a pool bar.

Stylish wity a grrat location

We traveled to Florida for a volleyball tournament at the Convention Center. Vista Cay was a perfect location. The condo was well styled, clean and the views from our porch were excellent. Communication was excellent.

Nice place but there were issues

Overall the place was very nice. Loved the balcony and the view. However: 1. Both showers leaked. Everytime we showered there would be a puddle outside the doors. Also the water pressure on the shower was very subpar. 2. The drapes did fully cover the sliding glass door to the balcony. Seemed there was a middle drape missing. 3. The only cable box that worked was the one in the master bedroom. We called Casiola to try and get this fixed upon our arrival. We were told that a service order would be put in. I asked when we could expect someone to show up (I even asked: tomorrow? 2 days? next week?). They couldn't tell us. 2 days later, without any prior notice, a knock on the door came at 6:15 pm as my wife and I were "enjoying some alone time". Before I could even get dressed, someone from Casiola decided to just unlock and walk in. We were quite shocked and angered that without notice and without respecting our privacy someone would just walk in our place like that. I obviously in unfiltered terms asked to person from Casiola to exit our place. We called Casiola to lodge our dismay. They apologized and said someone could return the next day and that they would notify us before the arrival. No one ever called us again or showed up. At this point we just gave up on the TV's and quite frankly on Casiola.

Amazing Condo

This condo is beautifully furnished and situated on the 4th (top) floor of the building, overlooking the lake and the pool, so the view is terrific. We spent most of our time on the balcony. The condo was fully stocked with everything we could have wanted, and the location is in the middle of everything, but still quiet. The rooms were spacious and this was a delightful weekend getaway.

Beautiful condo close to parks

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated, the amenities were so thoughtful, and the location was super convenient for us to visit Universal Studios and Disney parks. The heated pool was perfect for our fall break getaway, and the neighborhood was quiet. Staff responded quickly to my questions over email. We would absolutely stay here again!

Absolutely PERFECT!

Great property

Enjoyed my stay. It was clean, easy check in and out, and had ample supplies for a couple and 1 dog for a few days. It was very close to the Orlando Convention Center where we were going each day and easy to get back and forth.

The location was great.

There was mildew/mold in the ac vents. There were also bugs/nats in the master bathroom. It looked like maybe the roof had leaked and not fixed properly. The showers pour water out into the floor while showering. Other than that our stay was good. Location is great we were close to everything.

“Pet friendly”

VRBO did not have an option to select that your pet was accompanying you to the “pet friendly” vacation home. I was rudely woken up by the property manager that i purposefully had a pet in the home without paying their required pet fee, but there was no instructions on how to notify the property managers of our pet coming to the pet friendly condo. I asked for some time to view my invoice, as i would never purposefully not select our dog coming to waive a pet fee. I reviewed the listing with VRBO and there’s no option to select a pet was coming. This encounter happened at 7am the morning after our wedding. The property was beautiful, but the property manager threatened to have my removed from the property if i did not pay additional fees without being given the opportunity to review my invoice with VRBO. We will not be returning to this property.
