Spent the first day cleaning, The house was not clean prior to our arrival. Host was nice and tried to get things resolved. The door keypad worked sometimes.The only upside was it was 10 mins from magic kingdom. I wouldn’t stay again.

The host provided a lot of helpful info before check-in, and the proximity to Disney was great. However, the rental was missing a lot of basic kitchen supplies and didn’t have the starting set of dishwasher and laundry detergent that was noted in the info we received from the host. The host was responsive and provided the missing kitchen items we requested the next day, but we had trouble making dinner the first night. The keypad on the front door was tricky to use and on one of our days the keypad got locked from too many unsuccessful tries and we were stuck outside for a couple hours and required assistance from maintenance to get into the unit. The place was ok and was very convenient for our days at Disney, and the complex itself was very quiet during our stay. Overall the place is alright but they need to replace the front door keypad and finish stocking the kitchen, and ensure their cleaning staff is leaving the expected items for guests.

Great place to bring your animals

The size of the space was perfect for the 6 of us and two dogs. Being able to bring the dogs and head out to Disney/Universal studios during the day made the trip worth it.

In State trip

This property needs upgrading as its dated. Some of the furniture had ugly stains, stove knob was broken and fell off when we turned it on. Overall update this property as we paid quite a bit for a 1 night stay and would not recommend.

Wasn’t happy

I wasn’t too happy. Yes I was helped. But overall wasn’t too happy. My family wanted a Disney themed house to give off the overall vacation look and our check in was at 5 early check in 3. We went to our place around 8 and the place was not ready the cleaning ladies were cleaning from the previous people and the house was all tore apart . He gave us a new place in the same community and it was nice but not kid oriented at all. There was pool table my kids wanted to play with and our showers hot water lasted only 2 minutes. Try having to wash your little ones in cold water after a long 12 hour day at Disney.. I wasn’t too happy. It gave us a place to stay. If it was earlier on in the day and we didn’t go to Disney I would’ve just went to a hotel!

Ideal Spot for an Orlando Getaway

I had a great stay at this property in Orlando! The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy everything the city has to offer. The convenience and comfort exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend it to others. Looking forward to staying here again!

Close to the parks

This townhouse is in an excellent location with visiting the parks, shopping and restaurants. The home itself was clean. The neighborhood was not as secure as we like. The exit gate was always open. Anyone could come and go at any time. The beds had old linen, no washcloths. There was plenty towels. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and cups but no pizza or biscuit pans or skillets for cooking. The back deck did need some yard work. I always enjoy sitting out in the mornings to drink my coffee. I couldn’t do that here. Again the location was great.

Great Trip

Manny and Shelly were very nice, our stay was awesome, the house was spotless and convenient to everything, we even decided to stay another night last minute and they were very accommodating and even told us if we needed anything to let them know, I would definitely stay again!!!
