My experience at the Unno Boutique Hotel was extremely disappointing, and future customers deserve an honest description of what this establishment truly is. This is a motelânothing close to a hotel. The only reason âboutiqueâ appears in the name seems to be because the building is shared with a pizzeria and a hair salon.
To begin with, they lost my reservation, which was already unacceptable. But the service and conditions only got worse from there. The room had a foul, indescribable smellânothing like any space that is supposedly cleaned on a routine basis. There were no blankets provided, and I had to sleep with just sheets. Iâve never heard of a âhotelâ where guests are expected to bring their own towels, washcloths, and blankets.
Additionally, the bathtub had a concerning ring around it that appeared unhygienic and could potentially cause issues like ringworm or toenail fungus.
Overall, this was one of the poorest lodging experiences I have ever had. I would strongly advise future guests to proceed with caution.
