Terra Verde Resort's award-winning amenities, nestled among palm trees and tropical plants, include a heated zero-entry pool and hot tub, open until 11 PM and just a 5-minute walk from the property. Guests can also enjoy mini golf, basketball, sand volleyball, tennis, a children's play area, ping pong, shuffleboard, lakeside hammocks, an adult-only outdoor lounge, outdoor fitness equipment, cornhole, the Terra Verde Tiki Bar & Grill, a walking trail, and two stocked resort lakes (catch and release only, please).



Please note that outside food and beverages are not permitted on the pool deck and in the outdoor lounge areas.



The clubhouse features reception and concierge services, a movie theater, game room, fitness center, sauna, lounge, complimentary coffee, and an ATM. The concierge is happy to provide discounted attraction tickets and equipment rentals, as well as photocopy and printing services. The resort also features an electric car charging station for added convenience.



The resort offers free use of the following equipment but a small cash deposit or photo identification is held until the equipment is returned:

Terra Verde Resort is a gated resort community located just south of Orlando in Kissimmee, Florida. It's within 20 minutes of Walt Disney and Seaworld parks and within 30 minutes from the Universal Studio parks. Other local attractions include Gatorland, Kissimmee Old Town, Celebration and Downtown Kissimmee, Florida Mall, Mall at Millenia, Kissimmee State Parks, and the world-renowned Lake Toho.



Popular day trips to the Atlantic Coast include the Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach, Daytona Beach, Melbourne Beach, and the Gulf Coast - Tampa Bay, Clearwater and Treasure Island. Terra Verde Resort is located just south of US 192 off of Poinciana Blvd, just 15 to 30 minutes of nearly all of central Florida's attractions including world-famous golf courses, wineries, outlet shopping, and more. And only minutes to restaurants, pharmacies, and essential shopping.

Getting Around:

Getting around Terra Verde Resort is easy, with most amenities within walking distance, including the clubhouse just a 5-minute walk from most properties. Renting a car is the most convenient way to explore, with Disney World about 15-20 minutes away and Universal Studios around 25 minutes. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and the resort concierge can assist with transportation options. Public transportation is also an option, with Lynx bus routes connecting Kissimmee to major attractions.

• For a smooth and secure check-in experience, all guests may be required to complete ID and Enso Boarding Pass verification before arrival. Check-in instructions will be shared once verification is completed. Thank you for helping us ensure a seamless stay!

• Please be advised that the walking bridge at Terra Verde Resort will be closed periodically over the next few weeks due to essential repairs. These repairs are necessary to ensure the safety and long-term integrity of the bridge. We appreciate your understanding . Please be advised that the resort charges $25 gate card/resort fee for vehicle parking is required.



Pet Friendly:

Planning to bring multiple pets? Please let us know in advance for approval.

• A pet fee of $99 will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately.

• There’s no pet restriction if you’re bringing only one pet (max 55 lbs). However, please note that if you plan to bring multiple pets, you’ll need to reach out to us for approval. Please share a few details about your pet when booking so we can prepare accordingly.



We're happy to deliver:

• a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $30 (one-time fee)

• a Highchair for $30 (one-time fee)

• Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time $70 charge. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re all set to grill and enjoy!



Additional Services:

• Mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.



House Rules:

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around our property and risk a fine of $150 and/or your full deposit will be forfeited.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves and any pets.

4. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited in our home.

5. For the clubhouse: outside food and beverages are not allowed on the pool deck and in the outdoor lounge areas.

• If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
