This home is self-check-in. There is no lobby or in-person greeting.

This is a self-catering home. Guests are responsible for their own shopping. Complimentary starter supplies are provided for the first day only and will not be replenished.

The shopping area was a 4 minute walk which was perfect. The pool, the pool area and restrooms was clean. The property was clean and quiet. Love it! Will definitely use this place again.

Volleyball Nationals

The condo was exactly as listed and perfect for our stay at Nationals. Property manager was super easy to reach with questions and instructions were easy to understand as far as check in and out. Both pools were very nice and easy walking distance. I did not know there were different sections to vista cay so the only downfall for us was that the rest of the team was at the main vista cay and this location was alittle more out of the way for us.

Overall a great stay

Everything was as advertised and the place was very clean. There are a few things that made me give it 4 stars instead of 5. There were only 4 bath towels for a place that sleeps 8 people. Although we brought our own pool towels (as it stated to in the description) and there was a washer and dryer, we still felt it should have come with a minimum of 8 bath towels. There were no dish towels at all. Also zero spices and a limited amount of glasses/dishes for 8 of us. There's a dishwasher, so it's ok, but it would have been nice to have more glasses in particular. I had asked and was told it was walking distance from the Convention Center. While one could walk, it is quite a distance, especially during the hot summer months. I was glad we had rented a car, although I'm sure one could use Lyft and Uber fairly easily as well. Outside furniture and couch inside were not very comfortable. On the positive side, it was very clean, a nice facility, the pool within walking distance is family friendly, and it was a nice view out back vs the parking lot. Check in was also easy, Publix is walking distance and there's a great little burger spot nearby too. There was ample parking. Overall is was a nice place to stay, the items that made it 4 star are easy fixes, and we would stay here again.

Volleyball Nationals

Stayed here with three other people for a volleyball tournament. Great location, clean, easy access in and out. Only recommendation is to bring a couple of beach towels, kitchen towels and dishwasher tabs. Otherwise it was perfect!

The property is as described and worked perfect for our extended family!

We didn’t have any issues while staying the week. All rooms were as pictured and described on the website. Any questions I had prior to our visit were answered quickly. The small pool is less than a 5 minute walk and we opted to drive over to the larger pool which only took a few minutes. The grounds were very well kept with staff out and about through out the day. The only recommendation I would have would be in the kitchen to have kitchen towels included and a drying rack when opting out of running the dishwasher.

Overall a really good place to stay

Very convenient location, nice to have restaurants and groceries so close to the condo. Only drawback is that the property has minimal cooking supplies like bowls, cups and basic pantry items. If you plan to cook a lot you will need to bring most of the supplies. But overall great check in process, very clean, fun time for the family.

Delivered as promised.

Property manager was great to deal with. Answered questions within minutes. The unit was spotless. literally a 5 minute walk to Publix, a breakfast spot and liquor store. Fitness centre was a 7 minute walk and pool was under 5 minutes. Close to everything whether by Uber or car. Numerous restaurants from takeout to fancy all within 20. All major attractions also close. I will be back next year!

Super neat and clean, excellent communication, super location

My family had a wonderful time living this spacious three-bedroom apartment. It is super convenient with publix grocery store 3 mins away by walk, and Universal Studio less than 10 mins driving. The apartment is very neat and clean. Rosely is extremely responsive and considerate. We actually booked our trip for Christmas 2020 originally but couldn't make it because of the COVID-19 pandemic. She was very kind and let us move it to a future week. We used it during summer this year. We highly recommend this property and Rosely, and will definitely come back when there is a chance. Thank you very much, Rosely!

Very clean, excellent communication with property manager

This is our third time staying at Vista Cay. The property was new and very clean. Upon arrival, our key code would not work. One quick phone call and the code was reset remotely. The property manager was extremely accommodating and answered all my questions. Our only suggestion is to offer pool towels, and a kitchen rag/sponge. Also I'd note the brand new sofa is extremely uncomfortable. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.
