Excellent communication from the host! The location was perfect—very convenient to the Universal theme parks. The townhome was clean and comfortable. This place was so nice and quiet. It is a great location if you are going to be going to Universal or Epic Universe. The place has so much around you from food to shopping. The pool area was great so nice, and my kids loved there was an arcade. I highly recommend this place to stay!

Perfect Location!

The townhome was perfect for our two families to share. My friend and her two kids took the top floor, we shared the middle living space, and my daughter and I took the first floor bed and bath. Rooms and property was clean and very well kept: with folders set out with various information about property. The towels folded into swans was a nice.Laundry room was well organized with umbrellas and ponchos if you happen to have forgotten yours like me.Property is close to shopping with plenty of places to eat. The property was quiet during the evenings.Universal studios was very close ( 3miles or less for parks)Clubhouse had a nice pool and hot tub along with a small game room.Property was exactly as listed

Great location

We stayed for a cheerleading event at the convention center. Located 1 mile from the convention center, 3 miles from universal. Main pool under construction but access to other pools were very accommodating. There was a DJ who had games for the kids like hula hoop competitions and water balloon toss. Check in and communication were great. Would recommend and stay here again.
