This lovely townhome is professionally decorated with 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, along with a private screened Spa Hot Tub, full kitchen, washer and dryer inside the unit, free WI-FI, and large screen TV in the living room.

The community itself is gated and a tropical paradise in the heart of Central Florida! Whether you decide to spend the day at the theme parks, go shopping, or enjoy your day at the Encantada Resort amenities, there’s never been a more comfortable vacation than in a place you can call home.

The home is beautifully and professionally furnished with all the little extra touches to make your stay superb. Come and experience Encantada, a resort-like concept with luxury living. It’s so close to Disney, that you can feel the magic.

The main clubhouse features two large heated swimming pools with a fantastic lake view. There is also a large hot tub, a children’s outdoor playground, a gym, and a bar. It is conveniently located close to local grocery stores, restaurants, and gift shops.

This unit sleeps four guests. The bed configuration is one master bedroom with a king bed and another bedroom with two twin beds.

Great place for Disney or just relaxing

Unit was clean, in good condition, and nicely laid out. Property manager was prompt and easy to communicate with. Great location just a few minutes from lots of good restaurants and 15-20 minutes to Disney. The property was nice with two pools and two hot tubs that were very well heated even when temperatures fell into the 40s. Definitely would stay here again.

A decent townhouse rental near Disney. It was easy access to the property, once inside, it was quiet and cozy. The best part was the hot tub located in the patio with a screened enclosure.

Fantastic getaway!

My husband and I will definitely be staying again at this property! We loved where it was located within the resort, nice and quiet. The unit was very clean and just like the listing said. Hot tub was clean and relaxing after being out all day.

Encantada is great, this condo not.

We have stayed at the Encantada Resort several times, and love it! When I booked this condo it never occurred to me that it would be different from any others we’ve stayed at. It is! The condo itself is nice enough, (needs some small repairs and could use a little paint, particularly in the bathrooms) but my chief complaint would be the lack of living supplies. Do not stay at this condo unless you are prepared to sleep with only 1 pillow and 1 blanket (no extras supplied) and are willing to share a face cloth as only 1 was provided. You must also be willing to go on a shopping trip to buy dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, dish soap, a dish rag or sponge, toilet paper and any other cleaning supplies you might want or need as none of this was provided. We stayed at this condo for 15 days. We were provided with 3 partial rolls of toilet paper (no extra rolls) and 1 roll of paper towel. When I contacted the owner he said they only provide supplies for the first couple of days of your stay. My question is where do all the supplies that I purchased go? I’m certainly not going to pack them up to take back to Canada. I assume every guest buys supplies. So why are there none left in the condo? We were also very disappointed that there is no toaster in the kitchen. We were willing to purchase a lot of the things we needed but purchasing a toaster was a little too much. It is emphasized to please take care of the condo during your stay. Might I suggest it would be much easier to take care of the condo if you provided the most basic of cleaning supplies.
