Warhorse is thoughtfully designed for families seeking a comfortable, peaceful stay. It is best suited for small family groups of 8 or fewer who value a well-maintained environment.

To protect specialized accessibility equipment, a refundable $500 security hold is required. It is processed through Airbnb-approved software and returned promptly when the home is left in good condition.

Please note:
• Resort Amenities Free of Charge: All guests can enjoy the many resort amenities, including access to Windsor Hills Waterpark featuring dueling water slides, an Olympic-size lagoon-style pool and hot tub, toddler pool, fitness center with top-of-the-line equipment, recreational park with tennis, putting green, volleyball, children’s playground, picnic area, game room, high-definition surround sound movie theater with 800+ titles, cyber café, and marketplace & grill.
• Pool/Spa Heat is available for $40 dollars per night and must be turned on for the duration of the stay. Heating will typically run on a timer from morning to evening each day. If the stay coincides with extremely cold temperatures, the water may not heat to the desired temperature. The pool heater is required to heat the spa and operates as one system. The pool will warm while the spa is off and when the spa is activated, the heater redirects its power to the spa. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to add this to your reservation.
• Please kindly note that Pool/Spa Heat is Not offered throughout (April to October) due to increased outside air temperature/summer heat and humidity with not being able to feel the full effects.
• Please note that a professional pool technician visits once weekly at unannounced times for maintenance and cleaning, ensuring the pool meets safety standards. The technician enters the property from outside the home/exterior lanai and does not enter indoors.
• BBQ Grill Rental: A BBQ grill with propane can be rented and delivered for your entire stay by a third-party company for an additional charge. If you are interested, please let us know, and we will provide more information for setup.
• Please note that Windsor Hills registration system requires an ePass for resort access. A valid email address will be requested after booking to send your parking pass.

We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets.
• We provide standard bath towels, bed linens, and basic kitchenware (pots and pans). Please kindly bring any pool/beach towels, hand towels/washcloths, toiletries, and any condiments, spices, or additional supplies you may need.
• Please kindly note that we are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out due to platform liability policies.
• Please kindly note that USPS does not deliver inside vacation rental resorts in Orlando. We’re unable to be responsible for delivery of mail or packages from any carrier. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.
• Pets are NOT allowed.
• Smoking is not allowed inside.
• Parties and events are prohibited.
• Must be at least 25 years old to book.
• No need to worry if you arrive late, as we offer keyless pad entry! Additional details will be provided upon booking.
• Please kindly note that, as part of the resort’s policy, commercial vehicles with business logos, trailers, RVs, or boats are not permitted to park inside the resort.
**3 Vehicle Max

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home including the patio and screened in lanai / pool area. Guests found smoking will be required to pay for additional cleaning/deodorizing and will be asked to vacate the property with no refund of rental monies.

Gatherings with your group are great, but parties and events are not allowed. Any evidence of such will result in a fine and an immediate termination of your booking.

Pets are not permitted in the home. Any violation of this will result in a 100% forfeit of the stay and a request to vacate the property with immediate effect.

You must be 25 years of age to book.

Guests are expected to respect resort quiet hours between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am. We reserve the right to remove guests who violate these rules and/or cause disturbances in the community.

If any damage occurs during your stay, please let us know. The cost to clean, fix or replace the damage at hand will be billed to your reservation. Damages may include any stained or missing items both inside and outside the home. Thank you for your understanding as we strive to keep our home in wonderful shape for all guests to come. Like most vacation homes, ours is self-catering and has an initial “starter supply” of consumables . Once these have been used it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items for their use for the remainder of their stay

The home has an installed Ring Doorbell/Front Driveway Camera which overlooks the front driveway area twenty four hours daily for safety and security of the home. There is also an indoor camera focused only on the laser arena target/equipment for safety/security of the game room. Tampering with cameras will result in forfeit of stay and eviction. There is NO other camera nor any video recording device anywhere else inside the home or in the pool and lanai vicinity.
