Windsor Hills 3 Bed Condo! Great Rates!

Our clean, warm, & inviting condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and all the comforts of home. The living room has a sofa and loveseat, as well as cable TV, a DVD player and 32' flat screen TV for you to relax with.

The master suite which is separated from the other bedrooms has a queen bed, 32' flat screen TV with cable and a walk-in closet and its own full bathroom. The 2nd bedroom features a queen-sized bed with a 24' flat screen TV. The 3rd bedroom has sleeping arrangements consisting of 2 twin beds.

The condo also features a fully equipped kitchen: full size refrigerator with oven/flat top burners, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker dishes, utensils, silverware, pots, and pans etc. full size washer, and dryer in unit, just beyond the living room is the lanai for your morning coffee and fresh air.

While we try and provide each guest with everything they will need, there are some items that are not provided in the homes.

While bath and hand towels are provided, you may want to bring your own beach towels and wash cloths as these are not provided in the homes.
Starters of toilet paper, and soap are provided, but you may need to supply more of these as your journey progresses. In addition, any basic toiletry items such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, etc. must also be provided by the guest, as well as grocery supplies.

Amenities Galore here at Windsor Hills. Windsor Hills offers the highest level of comfort for your vacation dollar. The privacy gated Windsor Hills Resort caters to the vacationer`s every need!

Great experience

This property is in a great location. Easy to walk to the pool & market. The complex had multiple activities throughout the day for kids to participate in and the staff was always friendly and kind. Only complaint was the trash was not taken out when placed in the designated bin and that caused a lot of small flies near the front entrance and into the condo. There were also no check out instructions on what do to with the linens or what to do with the trash, however I was able to find that information on the complexes website. The host was easy to communicate with and got back very timely. Also great location to Disney springs, Walmart & Starbucks. The pool is huge and even when it was crowded we found room to swim and cool off.

It’s just ok

We weren’t there much but there were some concerns, to be fair we did not contact anyone about them. And for the price we could not complain. In one bathroom 2 lightbulbs out. In one bedroom the ceiling fan did not work. In another bedroom the ceiling lights did not work and the the chain was broken off the ceiling fan so we could not adjust the speed. We also received no check out instructions so we guessed. Proximity to what we wanted to do was excellent and the pool was amazing!

Great Small Condo close to Disney!

The property was exactly as described. We loved that it was a first floor condo since the property doesn't have elevators. It is also a short walk to the pool. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and tidy. The only downfall was finding the property to collect our code and key since we arrived after hours. The parking lot is under construction so I didn't see the Outback at first as the instructions said.

Basic Accommodations Only

Unlike a lot of VRBO rentals do not expect anything extra. No dish soap, tabs for the dish washer or even a kitchen scrubbie. 6 towels for 6 people and 2 reminded me of dollar store quality. The twin beds were broken and when repaired we were told just don't move two much in them and you'll be okay my 15 year old daughter and 22 year old niece were aftaid to move in their sleep. And truly only one as fixed the other still dipped. A 10am check is a little early and as of 10am all access to the poil and such is deleted, don't plan to killtime poolside your last day.

Great resort, decent condo

It was pretty affordable and withou incident. We greatly enjoyed our stay. It’s not the cleanest and not high end, but it’s issues are minor. Beds aren’t very comfortable but we were exhausted so we slept hard anyway. Dishwasher and washer are noisy, a few stains on carpet, broken bed leg and toilet seat. But those things didn’t impact our fun at the gorgeous pool or our overall experience. Traffic gets really busy, but that’s to be expected. I would stay here again. Seems silly to make you drive to pickup code and packet instead of just emailing it like most hosts. That would be my biggest complaint because they are closed evenings anyway. Don’t expect to see a gator in the wetlands, but so expect to thoroughly enjoy the pool & water features!! Go early to get a chair by the pool or wait until late afternoon:

We were happy with our stay. Everything was as advertised. Whoever used the property before us left a bunch of loose garbage in the bin, which they were not supposed to, but once I bagged it up, it was taken away promptly. Overall, happy w property and services. And my daughter LOVED the pool!

Excellent Place, Quiet, Not far from everything

Pool was nice, just a half mile from Wal Mart. Uber getting in and out of the gate was a challenge some days, but overall would recommend it and probably will stay there again. Check in was easy and was our first VRBO experience, overall excellent.

Awful and expensive experience

I have rented properties in the past with VRBO and my experience has been excellent. This time it was not. My husband just returned from a overseas deployment and first Christmas home in several years. This was a Christmas present and getaway that was anything than that. Upon check in the tile floors were flithy and required me going to the store to buy a mop soap and bleach so the kids has a clean environment to walk on in their bare feet. Both bathrooms were dirty and had what appears to be mold growing both inside and outside of the shower. Those both required a good cleaning. The rugs were dirty and had noticeably stains including a burn mark on it. Linen on the beds did not appear to clean and required a washing in hot water. There was no toilet paper, dish and clothes soap which required a trip to the store after a long trip. There was a mop in the unit but it was NOT usable because of dirt and hair built up on it. There were NO wash clothes which us to go out and purchase. The kids room had two beds with NO head boards and unsightly dirty walls with lots of chipped paint spots. I would NOT let the kids sleep in the that room. Kitchen counters had ants crawling on it and required a good cleaning and constantly spraying to keep the ants at bay. Because of that we elected to eat our meals out. When I reported all of the discrepancies to the Welcome office I was told the owner was responsible for those. The person at the office did ask which unit just to bite and when I gave her the address she remarked that she has had many complaints about that unit but again the owner was responsible to address them. I also attempted to contact “ Palm Tree Vacations “ and they were always closed during our stay. My over all experience was awful and did not make a pleasant experience for husband after being in the Middle East for almost two years. I am extremely disappointed in our accommodations. This unit requires a very though cleaning, painting and inspection. I do have pictures that I did take pictures to document our bad experience.

Just the Right Thing

The pool and guest facilities were great. The location was very close to where we needed to be every day. Enjoyed Florida! Plan to go back.

It was a very clean unit. Nice gated community with a lot of nice amenities. Only complaint: 4 towels for 7 people, no wash clothes or dish clothes and you could not turn the air down below 75. It was kinda warm. I would stay here again! Thanks for sharing your place!
