privately owned, which means you skip the hotel front desk entirely. No

PARKING



Free parking inside the property, in a gated area with on-site security. No

need to reserve a space. Each building has an elevator serving all five

Large outdoor pool surrounded by lounge chairs, oversized umbrellas and

fresh towels, plus a hot tub. The pool is heated to 80°F (27°C) from

mid-October through mid-March. Depth runs from 3 feet at the shallow end to

5 feet at the deepest point — comfortable for families with young children.



POOLSIDE TIKI BAR — 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Starbucks® coffee, breakfast sandwiches, pastries and bagels in the morning;

frozen cocktails and small plates by the pool or under the shaded terrace in

the afternoon.



24-HOUR CORNER PANTRY

Convenience store in the resort lobby with snacks, drinks, breakfast items

and to-go meals. Open around the clock — handy for the 6:00 AM park run.



24-HOUR FITNESS CENTER

Cardio equipment and free weights, open at any hour.



CONCIERGE SERVICES

Theme park tickets can be purchased on site at the Concierge desk. The team

also helps with attraction bookings, restaurant reservations and directions.

A car is recommended if you plan to visit multiple attractions or explore beyond the resort.

THEME PARK TRANSPORTATION



WorldQuest is a Walt Disney World Good Neighbor Hotel and runs its own shuttle service. Here is exactly how it works:



- Free: Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios and Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores

- Paid: Universal Orlando and SeaWorld — $5 per person, per trip

- No shuttle service to Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom or Epic Universe

- Reservations are required at the Concierge desk at least 30 minutes in advance

- Schedules, routes and fees are set by the resort and may change without notice



We recommend renting a car to enjoy Orlando on your own schedule. Parking here is free.



TWO THINGS THAT SURPRISE FIRST-TIME VISITORS



Tolls. Most Orlando highways are cashless. Make sure your rental car has a SunPass or toll transponder — without one, fines arrive by mail weeks after you get home.



Park parking. Theme park parking is paid separately at every park and is not included in your ticket. Arriving 45 minutes before opening makes a real difference to your day.



TRAVELING WITH A BABY



We can have a crib, a high chair or a stroller set up in the apartment before you arrive — $30 each, per stay. Tell us when you book and everything will be waiting, so you don't have to fly with any of it.



HOUSEKEEPING



This is a privately owned vacation home, not a hotel.



The condo is professionally cleaned before your arrival, with fresh bed and bath linens provided. Daily housekeeping is not included. Additional cleaning during your stay is $140.



STARTER SUPPLIES



A small courtesy starter kit is provided on arrival. It is meant to get your stay started, not to cover the entire stay. Additional supplies can be purchased at the resort's 24-hour Corner Pantry or at Publix and Walmart, about 2 miles (3 km) away.
