Everything was clean and well kept. The host was very responsive. Clean towels were not stocked and upon messaging we had an excessive 20 towels delivered within an hour at 10 pm (didn’t realize until it was time to shower). It was so much room and many areas for everyone to be comfortable with. Lots of porches with beautiful views. Comfortable furniture and beds. Very well stocked kitchen with everything we needed to cook. Recommendations would be to have directions on using the speaker system and some electronics around. We would have loved some blankets on the bed and not just the sheet and comforter. These things I’m sure the host would have helped had we asked though. Overall we loved the place. Neighborhood was safe and quiet and the property was beautiful. Definitely would recommend! Thank you for a wonderful extended weekend!

Great location for a girls weekend and enjoying the Epcot food and wine festival. House was awesome!! Movie room was a big hit for after events when we got back. The club house is fun for drinks as well. It would be nice to have some instructions for the property - ie how to stop the alarm from going off when you go to the pool area. Also WiFi was not working well and we had issues connecting. But this was a minor issue.

Fabulous Property

The house was fantastic - lots of space and the neighborhood was extremely nice. We will definitely try to rent this property again the next time we’re visiting Orlando.

Wonderful accomodation

The house was amazing! It’s beautiful and situated in a stunning setting. Seven of us (18) shared the house. It’s so spacious you don’t know that many people are there. Definitely room to spread out if you wish and also room to spend time together. We had fun in the pool and hot tub, both were wonderful after a day at the amusement park. It was very clean when we arrived and the host responded very quickly to any questions I had. We had an excellent experience!!! Highly recommend

Not a great experience

The house was nice, the pool was dirty, and we were without hot water for two days. The property manager was very responsive but for the amount of money we spent I should not have had to call to have the pool cleaned and a feel a refund of some sort should have occurred for two days with no hot water, they also had to replace the hot water heater during my stay. The tenants before us never put the trash out, when I called the property manager and he said there was nothing he could do. I have to pick up the previous tenant's trash due to animals getting into it twice. Lastly the dishwasher backed up into the sink and we were unable to do dishes, not a great experience. I have video and photos, and my father's office is sending a demand, we will see.

Beautiful Home

This house is just beautiful. It has a pool and hot tub in the back along with 5 bedrooms that have enough space. The bathrooms are fantastic and the kitchen was very nice to cook in. The theater room was such a wonderful feature and we enjoyed ourselves.

Beautiful Home

The home was exactly what the pictures showed. It was very clean and comfortable. The movie theatre was a hit, we all loved it. One thing missing was dish towels. We bought a couple and left them so the next guests will have them.I definitely would rent this house again!

Winter Paradise

My wife and I just returned home from our stay. We loved this house so much, I've already booked next years stay. Carl and his team were fantastic to deal with. A couple of minor issues were resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. Carl was immediate with all of his responses to my requests. My entire family totally enjoyed the house, especially the movie room and the pool. This was our 3rd house in Reunion and by far the best! The kitchen is stocked beautifully with everything that we needed. The only thing I would request: There are plenty of towels to go around but there were no wash cloths or dish towels. We purchased some at TJ Maxx for the cheap, problem solved. Thanks again Carl for a magnificent time had by all. Can't wait to return next year!

Everything was going well until we realized there was a roach problem. We reached out regarding the issue but it seems like we were brushed off and ultimately nothing was done to help nor was the host willing to reimburse. Stay away if you dont want to bring roaches home with you!

Fantastic stay, beautiful property

The home was exactly as pictured and even more stunning in person. The home was spacious and fully equipped. We really enjoyed the pool table and the theater room. Very close to Disney and restaurants. I would definitely return.

Great Property!

Booked this home for vacation with my family and the experience was great! From the booking process, property description, cleanliness and assistance while on property was first class! I would highly recommend this vacation rental and will definitely look to book again for future trips!
