Everything was exactly as shown. It was perfect for us. We did opt to heat the pool and hot tub and it was fantastic. There is an Albertson grocery store very close. I did have an inquiry and was replied to immediately. Highly recommended.
The place was very nice overall, but the pictures are not as the place is described. There are huge ugly nets that cover all the leaves on the side that were advertised to not be there, but they remained there even though we asked them to be removed. Ultimately, it ruined many of our photo opportunities. My sister complained that there were no washcloths in the entire house and we ran out of toilet paper while we were there. The manager who I emailed directly was very helpful and even allowed us to check in one hour early since we were driving into town eight hours away. However, all of the sports staff were fairly knowledgeable, and they made me sign three forms just to even get the location address, despite one of the forms required by the city specifically asks for the address I had to call the city directly to clarify where to email the good neighbor policy form too, and every person who is an adult has to sign it in advance, which was very complicated since we had people coming from out of townThe neighborhood is very nice and quiet and the decor was modern and stylish. I was a bit disappointed that I had to clean the pool myself upon arrival but the management did send the pool cleaners the two days after that. There was a lot of wind on the property, which makes sense why they would put up nets but they should just advertise that upfront.Beware all potential renters - they require payment for Early/ late checkout and a hot tub heating fee.
