Welcome to Fiesta De Aqua, a vibrant and stylish Palm Springs vacation home located in the quiet and desirable area of Racquet Club Estates.

This beautifully decorated retreat offers a spacious backyard designed for pure relaxation and fun, featuring a refreshing pool and spa, a grand water fountain with a wading pool, a gas fire pit, a newly installed putting green, and a generous shade structure perfect for outdoor entertaining.

With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this home provides a comfortable mix of sleeping accommodations ideal for families, couples, and groups seeking a serene desert escape.

Step inside to a bright and inviting living room complete with a modern gas fireplace, a 65” smart TV with sound bar, and a curated selection of books and games for leisurely downtime. The open floor plan allows the living room to flow seamlessly into the high‑top dining area and galley kitchen, creating an easy, connected space for gathering and entertaining.

The dining area seats up to eight guests (with an additional leaf for even more space) and features large sliding doors that frame beautiful views of the backyard and the iconic mountain backdrop. Indoor‑outdoor living comes naturally here, with an expansive shade pergola stretching across the back of the home. Two outdoor ceiling fans keep the space cool, while twinkle lights add a warm, inviting glow for evening meals and gatherings.

The cook's kitchen is well‑equipped with granite countertops, a professional range, and a stunning refrigerator with convenient front drawers for quick access to drinks and snacks. Fully stocked with dishes, glasses, appliances, and coordinated melamine dinnerware for poolside meals, this kitchen is truly margarita‑ready and perfect for entertaining.

The bedroom layout offers excellent separation for privacy. The luxurious primary suite on the west side of the home features a glamorous king‑size bed, lounging chair, TV, and sliding doors that open directly to the backyard for easy (and romantic) access to the pool and spa.

The en‑suite bathroom feels like a private spa with its double‑sided vanity, Carrera marble counters, elegant columns, and a soothing rain‑shower system.

On the east side of the home, two guest bedrooms share a hallway bath with a shower/tub combo. One guest room features a king‑size bed and slider access to a private shaded courtyard, while the second guest room offers extra‑long twin beds and slider access to the backyard.

With advance notice, the twin beds can be converted into a third king‑size bed to accommodate your group's needs.

All bedrooms include wood‑plank porcelain tile floors, ceiling fans, dual‑paned windows and sliders, fast Wi‑Fi, and TVs with cable access.

The home also features a unique, air‑conditioned two‑car garage with custom flooring.

Outside, the living is easy with a large covered patio offering outdoor dining for up to eight guests, plus a separate lounge area with comfortable sofa seating. Multiple tanning and lounging zones surround the pool, complete with offset umbrellas for customizable sun and shade. A movable hammock lounger invites you to enjoy blissful afternoon naps.

The two‑tiered pool area is a standout feature, offering multiple vantage points of the mountains. The upper wading pool wraps around the large fountain, cascading into the main saltwater pool and spa. Splash around with pool noodles and floats, gather around the fire pit beside the expansive grassy yard, or enjoy a nighttime swim in the LED‑lit pool while taking in the desert stars.

This beautiful Palm Springs vacation rental is just minutes from historic downtown, Palm Canyon Drive, and the iconic Palm Springs Aerial Tramway. You'll be close to world‑class spas, golf courses, boutiques, museums, art galleries, restaurants, coffee shops, hiking trails, and nightlife.
