Book a hotel near Julia Pfeiffer Burns State Park, Big Sur

"No staff..no cell service to contact anyone. Had to drive an hr north to get ahold of anyone to get directions on how to get in. The Expedia website did not properly display the property or lack of amenties. Not a good experience. The positive is the room was clean when we finally got in. "

"I was very disappointed in many things: they charged us twice for breakfast, we arrived for wine hour at 4 PM, and they wouldn't serve us. At both check in and check out I was told I had no charges and then they charged me extra. When I called it took three calls and 20 minutes on the phone and still don't have an answer."

"2nd time staying here and still a warm, homey place to stay. Room was very comfy and their Continental breakfast is a great way to start the day. "

"We were given a lower floor with obstructed view. What’s worse was the upper floor was stumping and making loud noises from 2 AM to 4:45 AM. Had no idea what he/she was doing that early hours. "
