Stayed here for our Disney travel, excellent hotel, excellent hotel staff, excellent cafe/restaurant on property. Rooms and entire property is very well maintained. Definitely coming back when we return.

Brilliant hotel, brilliant staff, brilliant location. The shuttle service to Disney was spot-on—timely and convenient. However, the return journey wasn’t quite as smooth, especially on Sunday when the fireworks end at 22:20 and the last shuttle departs at 22:45. We nearly missed it due to the usual post-show crowds and delays leaving the park. I’m not sure how much control the hotel has over the shuttle schedule, but that was the only minor hiccup in an otherwise fantastic stay.

We stayed at this hotel due to its good transport links, shops and complementary shuttle to the Disney parks. The hotel was clean with fast check in, a small selection of drinks/ snacks to purchase by the desk if you were in a hurry. The breakfast was small, HOWEVER the selections was more than sufficient good quality and very well executed! Fresh produce and fresh orange / pastry’s/ eggs / continental and meats The rooms were spacious and clean we booked a triple room and daughter 3 had a sofa bed which pulled out and was plenty of room Free shuttle was several times per hour prompt and clean. Overall would recommend the hotel the area is opposite val de Europe shopping, plenty to do, food is ok in the area but lacking local restaurants

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The breakfast was amazing, and when I had a small issue, they helped me every step of the way. To make my experience even more special, they surprised me with a lovely gift on my bed for my birthday. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and every detail exceeded my expectations. I truly enjoyed my time here and will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

A lovely hotel with very helpful staff. It's in a great location being directly opposite the shopping center and across from the metro station. Lots of places to eat close by. My only downside was that there were limited English channels on the TV and it was not possible to log into any streaming channels such as Netflix/Disney. After a long few days at Disneyland all we wanted to do was watch a movie in room but this wasn't possible.

Our stay at Hôtel L'Elysée Val d'Europe was a perfect 10/10! ✨ We were warmly welcomed at reception and even received a free upgrade to a Premium Quadruple Room, which was such a kind surprise! The room was spotless with spacious and comfortable beds, and the staff were always proactive in helping us with any queries we had. The free Disneyland shuttle ran reliably from just across the road, and the hotel’s location couldn’t be better; it's less than a 5-minute walk to Val d'Europe station, with restaurants, cafés, and a shopping centre right outside the door. Everything we needed was either in or next to the hotel. 🤩 They also offer (upon request) a thoughtful “breakfast-to-go” if you’ve paid for breakfast but have an extra early start; each generous portion includes pastries, fruit, nuts, muffins, and juice - a great example of how well the staff look after their guests!
