This is a great hotel! They went above and beyond to help us with our sick child thanks to our kind front desk receptionist Olivia. The room is very spacious and modern, clean. Will definitely stay again!!

My room was warm! I could not adjust the a/c at all. I would have moved to another room but I took a shower as soon as I got to the room and did not want to pack up and get dressed to do so and I had to be out in 6 hours to catch the shuttle to the airport. Only complaint… the a/c.

Overall the stay was pretty good. Our room was in an older part of the hotel. It looked and smelled old. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing the menu for lunch and dinner was a bit too exotic for us. The staff were all amazing. Very kind, informative and accommodating!

Everything was good apart from the shower didn’t work. An apology was given but no refund or voucher, which reflects a bit a poor service as there is no attempt to give you some compensation for the inconvenience.

The rooms on the atrium side are noisy. You can hear the noises from the bar and restaurant. In my room there was a noise coming from an electric motor starting and stopping. Did not sleep well because of it. Made a remark about that when I checked out. The restaurant is a ripp off. I had Dos de Cabillaud. Never seen such a smal piece of fish, may 4 cm x 4 cm and very thin, sold for 28 EUR. Taste was good, but I left hungry.

The property is safe and convenient to airport and train station to go anywhere. The shopping mall close by was a 10 minute walk and had many wonderful stores. There are other shopping malls close by but require a ride/uber/taxi. Hotel also offers free shuttle to and from airport/train at CDG. Staff is also very helpful.

The staff is wonderful.

Although my original room was terrible, no AC, the shower hot water is not working properly, the phone in the room not working... but the staff is very nice and apologized many times, then switched us to an upgraded room. It was a little bit hazzel but I guess it is better than staying in the room without no AC.
