I thought the hotel was beautiful. I enjoyed the complimentary drink every night. The bartender was approachable and was playing music with a vibe. The breakfast was delicious, especially the made to order omelets made by Latoya, who was friendly & very quick & efficient in her role. The big issue was NOISE. Friday & Saturday night groups of children were RUNNING & SCREAMING ON EVERY FLOOR OF THE HOTEL. AT ONE POINT, A GROUP OF CHILDREN KICKED MY ROOM DOOR 4 TIMES. I had trouble sleeping & resting. This triggered an anxiety attack for myself. I was scared someone's was going to break into my room. The front desk staff did not do mich to correct the situation. When I questioned what was going to be done about the commotion, I was basically rushed off by saying "We're trying the best we can to correct the situation." The commotion went on for hours on both nights, even needing the police to be called. In the end, there was nothing done by the front desk staff to rectify the lack of sleep & high anxiety situation.

The hotel is dated and needs a serious upgrade, including painting, new carpeting, new plants in all the planters in the common hallway. The restaurant wasn’t open on Saturday night. The plants in the center needs some attention, including fresh black mulch. The common restrooms should have automatic air fresheners. A waffle maker added to breakfast would be a plus.

The staff was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay, and the breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options. However, the room itself was outdated and showed signs of wear. The furniture looked old, and the sofa bed was ripped and in poor condition. The overall appearance of the room did not match the quality I expected from the brand. With some updates and better maintenance to the rooms and furniture, this property would provide a much better guest experience.
