I found it to be very stark. Industrial and masculine vibes. Very dark inside. Couldn't see what was written on the doors because it was black writing on black doors! What the??? I would like to see a bill so that I know what I'm paying for as well. Staff was wxcellent. Noisy hallways and traffic/sirens.

The amenities were as promised, the room was nice, the bed was comfortable. It had one of those showers with a glass panel looking out into the room, very romantic for Valentine's Day when my wife and I stayed there. The valet garage was very convenient and the valet staff were very kind and attentive. I could have given everything a five star except it was a little expensive considering there was a shared coffee maker, which was actually pretty cool, but looked like it hadn't been cleaned recently enough for my comfort. Also the hot tub, while I was thankful it existed as promised on Expedia was slightly janky in that the jets were very loud and didn't function properly when more than 3 people were in there, and it was quite big and could fit up to 5 so that needed a little work. I fully intend to stay here again though and overall had a great stay.

Great modern amenties, nicely decorated, good size room and friendly staff. Convenient to downtown, train station, and penn campus. Slightly confusing entrance, best to come from 23rd street and is lower level of streets.

Great Location

This was our first time staying at the Fitler Club while visiting our daughter who is attending Drexel University. The facility was great! All of the staff were very friendly and assisted us in everything we needed. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a nice weekend getaway.

i really want to give this place a better overall rating. the space is beautiful, the rooms are very nice, the restaurants were good, the amenities are top notch. but the front-line service was so surprisingly inattentive that i wouldn't recommend this hotel. multiple incidents during my three-day stay prove to me that their priorities are a little misplaced when dealing with their guests. and i suppose it's no wonder if they are taking cues from their "guest services manager," Shakira, who was the worst of them all. plenty of other great option in this town where the staff actually value their guests.

Hubby and I had spent a date night out to escape even though we live a few blocks away. Amazing property, staff was never in your face, but present when you needed them. The facilities are top notch, the rooms were spacious, the tub was amazing, the restaurants were not too pricey and the food was good!! Overall a great way to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. Everything is under one roof which is exactly what we were looking for in Philly in January. We will totally be back!

Described as Soho House meets Equinox meets WeWork, and having been a member of all three, the Fitler Club exceeds expectations. I recently stayed two nights in room 7 - the rooms are spacious and well appointed. What I did not like was the staff yelling from one end of the hallway to the other for hours during the day. It made it difficult to work or rest in the room. The only other critique is that there is not a consistent presence at the check in counter so when it was time to leave I just assumed the checkout time and left. Very strange.
