The hotel has a lot of amenities, particularly for a medium length stay. Our visit was marred only by daily fire alarms.

This was a good hotel, friendly staff, very clean, walkable to a lot of cool areas. Unfortunately it is impossible in certain rooms to sleep past 7 because there is 10-30 minutes of intense slamming by the dumpster/trash collection that sounds like it is in bed next to you. This was fine since I was at a conference and had to get up anyway, but if you want to sleep past 7 I would look somewhere else, or ask about where your room will be.

Overall great property! But…. Water pressure for the shower was a little junk lol. It was like a drizzle of rain. But room was perfect! Being so close to everything was great! I could literally walk to most of the places I wanted to go. Service was GREAT.

My family and I stayed at Home2Suites on Arch Street in Philly on a Wednesday night after a concert. It was safe, convenient, and comfortable. Some things I didn't like are that the pool was down (which they never tell you in advance), the breakfast was weird (hard boiled eggs and grits, but no muffins or pancakes?), the view was terrible, the lobby bathroom only had one stall, and the hotel bathroom didn't have a fan (which is common, but drives me crazy).

Hi, I thought that staff there was absolutely impeccable from the day. I walked through the door the warm greeting the accommodations to the things that I needed the areas I needed to travel the instant respect I have to say I am so grateful to have stayed here and enjoying my my peace and quiet my peace of mind. The rooms were very nice very well kept up and I was in an area where everything was there. . The rooms were very nice very well kept up and I was in an area where everything was there everything from dining to movies. From dining to movies to art museums you name it everything was then either walking or riding in a vehicle thank you for such a wonderful stay a special thank you you too Miss Angela, who I thought was a very very special young lady and I will continue to say that she’s a very special young lady. Extremely Noisy

Extremely noisy all night. Ask for an interior room, if possible. Hard to get a good nights sleep. Breakfast was average, at best. Convenient to reading terminal market and Jefferson Station. The double room was large.

We enjoy the location We didn’t like that other guests didn’t let us use the elevator bcs we were wearing Dallas cowboys outfit and the hotel staff did nothing to solve the issue.

Philly Was Interesting

Loved the hotel. Great location and proximity to the city center. Being directly across from Reading Terminal Market was perfect. The lobby, halls and room was clean and well appointed. Safety and security inside was excellent. My only complaint was with the mass of homeless people around the hotel.

On Saturday, August 30, 2025, I asked the front desk lady in the morning for directions, but she was not very helpful as her instructions were unclear and uncertain. In addition, the swimming pool was permanently closed, which should have been disclosed on the website. We felt misled by the lack of transparency.
