We were given a room on the 6th floor at one end of the building. It was right beside the elevator that was out of service. It has been out of service for quite some time. The other elevator was at the complete opposite end of the building. It was not a fully booked hotel.

Everyone was wonderful. Only complaint was the Bedroom Area heater wasn't working, but they had it fixed the very next morning. We enjoyed our stay but was uncomfortably cold the first night. A suggestion would be to put wastebaskets in the bedroom also.

Good location, spacious suites, comfortable bed & pillows. Kitchen equipped for simple meals, full sized refrigerator, very good for families & longer stays. Check-in efficient. Elevator near lobby under maintenance so there's a long walk to an alternate Elevator. Good daily hot breakfast with basics. Nice Wednesday evening social. Front facing staff are very friendly. Some carpeted areas need more frequent vacuuming & deep clean (especially with winter salt tracking on shoes) & some room floors need deep cleaning. Winter grounds maintenance is very good.

The rooms smelled and were not as clean as last year. I had requested two rooms either next to or across from each other when I called and was promised they would be. They were not. The front desk person was nasty and rude. The elevator was broken and had to walk with the dogs and luggage to the other end of the building for the elevator. There were no luggage racks available. The front desk staff, Quinton, said to me “well I don’t know what you want me to do about it”. We have stayed there before on Christmas Eve and everything was wonderful. This time it was a horrible experience. We will not be back.

Overall the room was fine. Our main issue was the air-conditioning/heating system. For some reason we have cold air piped into our room even though the temperature was set for 77 degrees. The warmer we tried to make the room the colder the room became. That mad our stay uncomfortable.

Room was spotless and they have a nice breakfast spread. I just don’t agree with the daily parking fee that they started at the beginning of the year on top of the room rate. If it wasn’t for that, I would’ve rated them with a five.

The young lady at the desk between 7:00 and 3:00 on Christmas day was exceptionally helpful. I signed up for a room that was somewhat accessible and when I got in it I discovered the toilet was way too low. The room was way far away from the elevator because the other elevator was being remodeled. I stopped at the front desk and asked if I could get closer to an elevator. The young lady said it wouldn't be handicapped but since the toilet wasn't handicapped accessible anyway I asked for the room closer to the elevator the young lady switched me. She even went up to the first room and brought my suitcase down to the new room. I had also asked for several mattress pads as I have discovered the mattresses or rather firm and my arthritis doesn't tolerate them. When I came back from celebrating Christmas with family, they were mattress pads on my bed. Great customer service!
