You get what you pay for. bring plenty of clothes, because laundromats are not to be found near Trevose. Also expect room service once a week, so dry anr resue your own towels. The walk-in shower is really nice.

A working weekend

Very clean property and check in was easy and host was super nice. Very quiet area. Room are very nice..clean and comfortable. My husband absolutely loved the giant rain shower. I would definitely stay again when in the area again.

Super clean and contemporary on the inside.

We arrived late, was dark and a little unsure this was the place for us. But. The welcome was outstanding, the rooms recently renovated and clean, don’t judge by external appearance. Would stay again.

Don't judge a book by its cover

I have to say I was very pleasantly surprised. I book a lot of travel for work and this one kind of got lost in the mix for me. When I pulled in I was quite disappointed thinking I had booked myself for some sort of motel. I knew there had to be a reason why I booked it so I went ahead and checked in and when I got to my room and opened it I was so pleasantly surprised. All the rooms have been renovated. They look beautiful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was quiet and relaxing. Would definitely go again.

Even though the room was nice and clean, the exterior needs renovation. It would be a good thing to have cofee makers in the rooms. Staff was nice and friendly.

Overpriced, lipstick on a pig motel

We stayed here for one night in August 2025. We were in town visiting family for a long weekend. This place seems to what recently was a pay-by-the-hour motel, now under renovation. The room itself was nice, but the parking area seemed sketchy. The lobby: wasn’t clearly marked, smelled like a bathroom, what appeared to be bullet-proof glass (?) at the check-in counter. The worker was polite and prompt after I rang the service bell. The room: the wall-unit AC was turned off when we entered and the room was hot and stuffy. We turned it on and left for a few hours, and it had cooled down by the time we returned. The toilet had urine and hair under the seat, the shower had hair stuck to curtain No coffee on site, although there were soda and snack vending machines. Dunken located a few miles away. Pros: aside from the bathroom, the room was clean and comfortable. Low noise, although there didn’t seem to be many guests while we were there.

The location of this hotel is very industrial. The service was good, but some of motel was a little trashy (lots of renovations being done so they are clearly working on it) and the people were sketchy. There are a few different buildings and I paid extra to upgrade to one of their renovated rooms and the room itself was very nice and tucked into the back. No one bothered me and the actual room was safe and very nice for the price I got. What bothered me was I paid extra to have a room with a bathtub, but when you go to use the bath tub the water pressure uses the same knob as the temperature and that was irritating because I wanted to be able to take an actual bath.

When I saw the pictures, I was disappointed, especially when it looked like a bad motel, especially the parking; however, when I checked in, I was completely surprised. Very clean room, good service, and friendly staff, and also they refunded me the deposit so quickly. I really recommend it.

I wont stay again

There’s a few things this place needs to change. The door to the room has one lock on the door knob, the type of lock you would have on a bathroom, no deadbolt. The bathroom did not have a toilet paper holder, the roll was just sitting on the sink . The water pressure on the bathroom sink was basically dripping water. No facial tissues, needed to use toilet paper to blow my nose I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Not Exactly Customer Centered

I believe I would have felt better about my experience if the facility were more customer centered. I arrived post storm, 4 hours after circling Philly airport, landing in Albany for a refuel to finally realize I need as place to stay for the...The hotel experienced a blackout. There was zero information and instructions. The property accepted my reservation but couldn't be bothered to post signs. I was helped with a flashlight to my room by I believe possibly housekeeping. She was very very very nice and thoughtful. I do appreciate the act of kindness lending me her flashlight. The room was hot, stuffy...I had a terrible night's sleep. In the light of day, I've provided pictures to characterize the room. I feel if management had been less..."What could I do there was a storm" and more "We want to make your stay memorable enough that you would want to return. We'd like to charge you half price (a full comp night doesn't seem to be something they'd know was the right thing to do) for your late Thursday arrival and stay"...I would be me inclined to say ignore the man tweeking and pacing in front of your door. Ignore the ok cleanliness of the room. It was quiet after the tweeker stopped. They do smoke weed on the property. Which isn't managements fault, they don't own the outdoors. Looks are deceiving even though I did not feel safe when I first arrived and slept with a chair pressed against my door...in the daylight it wasn't a awful. The Wi-Fi connection is terrible.

Work in Progress

The things that have been renovated look great and I totally get what the property owners are working towards. There’s just a lot of work left to do. Our room was clean, there was plenty of hot water, the AC and TV worked well. There are some strong smells
like paint and maybe stale smoke? The property is now non-smoking but the room smelled like old smoke. We stopped to sleep while passing through the area 
 checked in late and left early. If that’s what you need, this is perfect.
