From the moment I arrived here, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and elegant atmosphere. My room was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable, with breathtaking views. Eagles championship parade 2025

We attended the Eagles Championship game and the hotel was overbooked and no Longer had 2 double beds. They did a good job in accommodating our reservation and ended up having a pleasant stay. They handled day of parade very well and only let guests of hotel in that space during that activity. The hotel is beautiful and despite all the people and the championship celebrations I heard little noise. I’d stay here again as it is very centrally located to many attractions.

Overall great but a long wait for valet parking

Great location and lovely room with nice view or the square. Friendly staff at check in and at the bar. Where I went wrong was valet parking. It took a full hour from when I requested my car to when it arrived at the front. They warn it takes 30 minutes so if staying here just park your car yourself.

A great hotel in the heart of Philadelphia

A wonderful hotel in the middle of downtown Philadelphia. Rooms were clean and spacious. The bathroom was also large, with a nice multi function showerhead/wand combo. Housekeeping was attentive without being intrusive. The valet can get busy/backed up certain times of the day, so plan in advance and give them a heads up if you are checking out. Overall a wonderful stay!

The hotel’s images make it look much more luxurious than it actually is. I expected a high-end experience, but in reality, it was much darker and less impressive than the photos suggested. I understand that pictures often enhance a place’s appearance, but even with that in mind, the difference was significant.
