The hotel was absolutely gross. Dirty cloth left in the shower, bed had stains, hair in the bed and the bathtub! We tried to get supper across the street but totally unsafe? Unhoused people asking for food and money. We actually ordered food at Burger King, paid for it and ended up leaving with no food as there was a fight and totally unsafe. No parking, if you leave your vehicle for 5 minutes, they will ticket or tow you! We were told they are relentless with tickets. For almost $250 a night, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The room was clean. The airport shuttle was a nice feature. The area around the hotel is scary. While the staff I interacted with were pleasant and professional, the hotel is seriously under-staffed and needs more food options.

Staff was all very pleasant and friendly while being helpful. There was some renovations being done, but everything was still kept very clean. We didn't utilize the restaurant or bar, so can't really comment on that other than it did smell good whenever we walked by. The beds and bedding was very comfortable. Would absolutely stay there again.
