The location is fantastic right in front of the metro and across the street from the airport Sky Train! We had great service from most of the front desk staff except for one person. The room was fine but the bathroom could use a little refresh.

We only stayed the night and headed to the airport the next morning. We did not use the Breakfast or Bar. The staff were very efficient and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. I would use this hotel again.

Everything was nice except for the mattress seem to be a little worn. Hotel is not in a very good location for restaurants. Went across the street to Panera and if you don’t have a car, you can’t have any food because their dining room is closed permanently, so it’s a drive-through only.
