This home was made for large groups to enjoy their space, whether everyone enjoys the indoor amenities or outside. Each bedroom draws inspiration from popular blockbuster movies (Step Brothers, Back to the Future, Fight Club, etc.). The bedrooms are designed to accommodate everyone! The first bedroom has 3 twin-over-full bunk beds. The next two rooms have 2 fulls in each. The fourth bedroom has 1 king, and the fifth and final bedroom has 1 queen.

The twin-over-full bunk bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with two sinks and a walk-in shower. The second bathroom is accessible off the hallway, for all other guests to use!

The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you could need to cook for everyone in the home; with stainless steel appliances, the cooking essentials (including a Keurig & coffee pods), and open access to the rest of the living area, you will be able to entertain here for days!

Moving over to the adjacent living room, the movie theme continues! With a fun "Scottsdale Drive-In" mural and a large smart TV, here is where your whole group can unwind and enjoy sports games, movie nights, or any other entertainment! Right across from the main living space is a dining area, with seating up to 6 (+ countertop seating up to 4).

Our home is equipped with Ring cameras (outside only) and smart locks for your peace of mind and security during your stay.

Pet fee: $75/ pet per night, max of 4

Pool heating: We charge $100 for pool heating and will pre-heat the pool to 85 degrees. However, please note that outdoor weather impacts the pool temperature, and colder conditions may prevent it from reaching 85 degrees.

From December through February, pool heaters will be turned on at no additional charge. Keep in mind that the heaters may not significantly raise the water temperature above the ambient air temperature during colder weather.

The pool will not be heated during the summer, as high outdoor temperatures make heating unnecessary!

PLEASE NOTE: For everyone’s safety, a protective fence is installed around the pool. Guests are not allowed to move or remove it under any circumstances.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.
