The home is located in a quiet, residential pocket of Coronado Phoenix, offering a peaceful setting while still being centrally positioned for easy access around the Valley. The neighborhood is well-established and calm, making it a great place to unwind after a day of exploring, events, or meetings.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy with quick access to major roads and freeways, allowing for smooth trips to nearby dining, shopping, sports venues, and entertainment hubs. Rideshare services are widely available, and having a vehicle is recommended for maximum convenience. On-site parking is available, making arrivals and departures simple and stress-free.



Other Things to Note:

For guest safety and property security, a Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front entry to monitor real occupancy and emergency situations only. A second Ring camera is positioned on the exterior of the casita to monitor the rear access gate. There are no interior cameras or audio recording devices on the property.
