Location, Location, Location. Awesome South Scottsdale Location! Walking distance to the Greenbelt, Old Town, San Francisco Giants Stadium (for spring training), Scottsdale Civic Center, restaurants, shopping. Free Old Town Trolley stops right outside, rental bikes available all over town, just to name a few perks.
Enter through the gates and park one car inside your own personal direct access garage. This Townhome has all its living on the 2nd floor. So once you get upstairs from the garage and foyer, it is all on one level. Enter into a charming living room with a wood burning fireplace as a feature. Large flat screen tv for enjoying all your favorites shows, movies and sporting events. Open concept living with a breakfast bar overlooking the living room and kitchen. Separate dining room with seating for four. The kitchen is well equipped and boasts stainless steel appliances. Just off the living and dining room is the door to your private patio perfect for evening cocktails or your morning coffee. Walk down the hall is the office/2nd bedroom and a full bath and then onto the Queen Sized Master with private en-suite bath and walk-in closet.

This complex has a heated pool and spa and bbq area for guest use. The pool is literally steps from the front door of this unit, so very easy access for sunbathing or enjoying friends.

Good trip

The condo was nice and in the area of Scottsdale we are familiar with. The steps were a small challenge for senior citizens but we were able to navigate them quite well after a day of practice. A good trip was had by all.

Great urban area within walking distance to Old Town.

The condo was adequately furnished and met our needs. We loved that it was only a 10 minute drive to Sloan Park to watch the Cubbies.We enjoyed the pool and hot tub during our stay.There was a slight problem with.the garage door that was fixed the next day. Some furnishings could be updated but overall the condo was nicely appointed. This rental was available to us for our 5 week stay unlike most rentals that require a 3 month stay. We'd stay again.

Disappointed

The only reason I selected good was because bad was not an option in the dropdown. This was the second and last time we'll stay in this unit. The first time was ok but now, 3 years later it reminded us of a college students apartment. This unit is in serious need of major updates, repairs, and deep cleaning. The management company is great and always very responsive but there's only so much they can do.

Good location horrible parking

It is an older unit and everything is dated. We had 2 forks, a towel rack I had to fix because someone tried to glue it to the wall. The faucet in the bathroom has been busted for a long time and leaks into the cabinet. Both bedrooms are facing the street and with the single pane windows you can hear the traffic all night. If you have a small car you can park in the Garage,we have a regular size pickup and it was way to big. If you can't park in the garage and want to park in the lot get home before 4 PM. We had to park a few blocks away and walk in many times.

Excellent location and responsive host!

The location of this condo is perfect for a stay in Scottsdale. Close to shopping, restaurants and the greenbelt (which is fantastic for morning walks!). We had a few minor things that needed to be addressed and they were handled immediately by Elite Vacation Rentals. The unit was as listed and had everything we needed for our 6 week stay in Scottsdale. Would not hesitate to use Elite Vacation Rentals again and would highly recommend to friends and family.

Disappointing

Sad to say I would think twice before putting good money towards this rental unit 201A. Elite management failed on many fronts as they promised missing items and broken furniture would be replaced or repaired immediately and we waited over a week and at that some items, like the garage opener never arrived. Not having the garage opener was a hassle as we had to enter side door to the garage to open from the inside. The owners of this condo may be satisfied with the condition of beds, dressers bathroom sink that the plunger is broken , but for the money paid for a month stay we were extremely disappointed.

The property was a disappointment however...

When I decided to end my stay early because of all of the problems....Broken dryer, garage door opener not working, keys not working, standing water in shower....I was given a refund and apology and that was greatly appreciated!

Stay in Scottsdale

The property was fine. Parking was difficult but I had a garage. No key for the pool was provided. The property is a bit too far south in Scottsdale. Had to change the furnace filter because the air was a bit stale. But...a nice place, good people who responded very quickly to my requests, etc.

Clean, comfortable, efficient unit close to Old Town Scottsdale.

Location was excellent for access to Old Town Scottsdale where the Uber red JUMP e-bikes and e-scooters were easily accessible for tooling around the charming downtown and area. We also found this location was centrally located for visiting the greater Phoenix area, from Mesa to Troon North to San Tan Valley to Glendale and Sun city for our golfing and social outings. The condo worked perfectly for a couple, comfortable bed, two bathrooms and though the galley kitchen was small, a one -man operation, it was adequately stocked with utensils, dishes and pans. We had low pressure issues on kitchen faucet, hopefully can be corrected soon. Cable tv and good fast internet once connected. Owner and VRBO contact Brendan were readily available for any issues. Also nice to have a garage. Tight awkward entry, but it worked.
