This property was a short walk from family as we came for a funeral. Also near several miles of walking near the university and river area. Convenient with the kitchen for us, and there's a dishwasher. Big one bedroom apartment was relaxing vs a hotel. Communication via text for the access code was seamless.
Had a great stay visiting our University of Pittsburgh daughter. Great location nearby campus and convenient to everything. Our 2nd time staying in one of these properties and would go back
Was in town for the Steelers and Ravens game.
Wonderful loft building. Loved the concrete floors, beams and ceilings, Great skylight lit up the living area.
Would stay in this place again.
WOW! A unique and beautiful apartment. Parking garage was a little bit up the street from the building but convenient with not much street parking.
My only complaint was upon arrival and trying to depart someone actually parked right in front of the main entrance making it very tough to unload and load our vehicle.
We enjoyed our stay so much that we are talking about when we can return!!
The apartment was clean, comfy, exactly as advertised. I appreciated the gym downstairs, and it was walking distance to a lot of excellent restaurants.
The place LOOKS very good (once inside). Admittedly the neighborhood is sketchy, parking is messy, and getting comfortable takes some getting used to once you look from the window and see abandoned, boarded-up buildings.
Nevertheless, whatâs most important to me â at home, or anywhere I temporarily make home â is comfort.
THERE IS NO COMFORT IN THIS PLACE WITH ITS PAPER-THIN WALLS.
All you need is any guests other than you, and itâs a wrap! You literally can hear conversations comfortably at regular speaking decibels, so imagine what our night was like after two hours-ish of sleep, with a group of intoxicated clubbers returning at 2:17am, who talked and yelled and wrestled and giggled until 6:40am? Thatâs what we had to listen to ALL. NIGHT. LONG!
We couldnât even use the tv as a distraction and possibly lessen the disturbance of the thin walls -- because they didnât work. According to the 3E Real Estate Team, it wasnât important. They did nothing. They didnât seek to address it until we abandoned the room and found a hotel that had a QUIET space where we DID sleep, TVs that worked, and a shower that didnât leave the bathroom sopping wet (I guess my hint was when I asked about the shower after seeing it from the picture, the reply was âOur showers are all ADA compliant.â)
We traveled to attend a Steelerâs game at home. Weâre sure weâll be back to Pittsburgh. Weâre also sure we will NOT make the mistake of booking this property again!
The location was perfect ! We were in Pittsburgh visiting family . I was able to cook a nice meal . We were 5 mins from downtown . I would definitely recommend
