We live in the home next door and share a large driveway with plenty of parking. There is an outdoor area with grill and fire pit that includes some firewood, chairs, and lounges.

The living area is all on the 2nd level and sits above four garage spaces, where three are off limits to guests, but one space contains an accessible washer and dryer. There is a 2nd-level deck overlooking the valley below - a nice view, but not breathtaking. The deck is 3/4 covered by a roof, so you can get sun or stay out in a storm if you like. The deck has no access to the ground level, it is accessed by a door off the living room.

There is a set of stairs to climb to get to the living space. It has a motorized lift chair.

The property is equipped with a large corner desk for working or school, a desktop computer, all-in-one color printer/scanner (fax is not set up, but could be), and 2gbps high speed internet with 5 powerful Wi-Fi access points and an Ethernet wired internet connection is also available. Each bedroom contains a large screen smart TV with a new Amazon Fire Stick you can sign into with your own account.

The kitchen has all your basic needs including mugs, plates, silverware, fridge, stove, coffee maker (Keurig and bean/drip), microwave oven, toaster, blender, electric teapot and dishwasher. Dogs are welcome, with additional pet care services provided upon request.
The property is located 20 minutes from the Pittsburgh airport, 40 minutes from downtown, with many local eateries and grocery stores nearby.
