You will get the best of both worlds, within walking distance to what the city offers, including the football (Acrisure) and baseball (PNC) stadiums, while enjoying the peace of mind of a suburb.

There are 2 bathrooms on the second floor with a shared full bathroom. The master suite on the 3rd floor has it own private full bathroom. There is a half bathroom on the first floor. Laundry is located on the second floor. A fully functional kitchen. A privately fenced backyard.

After a day of exploring the city, retreat to the cozy living. We have tailed our home to welcome families traveling in groups, with children. Very clean and comfortable, nicely renovated property. Host very responsive. Stairs a little steep if you have anyone with mobility issues. Convenient to Acrisure Stadium - we drove down and parked halfway to avoid steep hill and then walked about 10-15 minutes. Would recommend!

We stayed here for the weekend to attend a concert at Petersen Events Center on the U of Pitt. The house was approximately 30 away from the venue. The house was VERY clean, newly restored and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Back yard is small however there is a small sitting area and grill (we did not use the backyard). The beds were super comfy and the water pressure was great for showering! Two TVs ( livingroom and third floor master bedroom). The neighborhood was quiet. We were shocked at how hilly (and steep) the streets are and how narrow quite a few of them are! (Not a huge deal but your transmission and driving skills will get a workout). All in all a nice VRBO. We would definitely stay here again if ever in the area for a Steelers, Penguins or Pirates game (all those stadiums are all appropriately a 10-14 minute drive from the house). *Also, the random deer wandering the neighborhoods was unexpected and a little exciting to see as I am an animal lover. Overall
 a comfortable stay in a convenient location.

The stay was wonderful but there were some issues. The washing machine and dishwasher were both broken and the house is slanted, you could put a ball on the ground and it would roll to the door, but for the price I think it was about right. All in all a good stay!

The property and description were accurate. Staying there in August, we were very pleased with the air conditioning that cooled the house down very well even the third floor suite. The host responded immediately when the lock was tricky to use upon our arrival. The downsides were the dishwasher was broken (had a sign on it) and the combination washer/dryer unit didn’t work for us. It said there was a problem with water connection which was frustrating because there were only 2 washcloths provided for our entire family. The walk to the football stadium was about a mile which was nice for attending the game. The neighborhood was quiet and safe as well. Overall, this was a good house for our family for a quick weekend trip.

The house was the perfect size for our group of 7, kids and adults. We stayed for 2 weeks and loved the location! Note, that the house is on a very steep hill, we brought our bikes and did brave the hill a few times but there is also a park at the bottom of the hill that we drove down to and started our bike ride from there. The beds were very comfortable and the third floor AC was a very nice touch as we were there during some hot days and the whole house stayed cool. My 7 year old also appreciates the toys! Johnny was very responsive and check in/out was a breeze!

US Open Stay

Property as shown in pics. Only a few setbacks. 3rd floor AC worked but not well. House on a hill and can feel the slope inside the house. Steepnstairs so be mindful for elderly and little ones. Location nice and quiet. Cobblestone streets were a surprise. Check in was seamless.
