Our trusted concierge partner can help with everything from airport transfers and spa services to private chefs, birthday surprises, beach club reservations, and tours. Please note: These services are provided by a third party and are not affiliated with your Airbnb booking, so we kindly ask that you don’t mention them in your review.

You’ll be staying right in the heart of Playa del Carmen, surrounded by restaurants, cafés, and shops, and just a short walk from the beach. The central location is ideal for experiencing the city’s vibrant energy.

⭐ Heads-up:
• This unit does not come with a parking spot. Due to the central location a car isn’t necessary - if you chose to arrive by car please refer to paid street parking.
• Because of the prime downtown location, you may hear some city noise at times. It’s not next to nightclubs, and we haven't had any complaints, but it’s good to know if you’re a light sleeper.
• Shared amenities like the rooftop pool and gym are managed by the building and may occasionally close for maintenance.
• While the unit is regularly cleaned and fumigated, tropical insects can sometimes make an appearance — a normal part of life in this climate.

➡️ Arrival & Access
• Check-in: After 3:00 PM
• Check-out: By 11:00 AM (Late check-outs need to be requested in advance and are subject to availability!)
• Use the Google Maps link and directions provided inside your guest portal for accurate navigation. Other apps may cause delays or misrouting.
• Only the primary guest may hold keys or access codes—do not share or duplicate them.

➡️ Conduct & Respect
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please respect your neighbors.
• No parties or unregistered guests. Let us know in advance if you’re expecting visitors.
• No smoking or vaping indoors. A fine of up to $200 USD applies if violated.
• Pets are not permitted unless approved in writing before your stay.

➡️ Cleanliness & Property Care
• Please don’t move any of the furniture.
• Avoid using white towels for makeup removal.
• If there are any breakages, damages, or an excessive mess beyond what’s considered normal use, a cleaning or repair fee may apply. Please just let us know if anything happens.

➡️ Utilities & Services
• Help us conserve energy: Turn off A/C and lights when you’re not in the unit.
• Use your own logins for streaming services. Please don’t purchase additional content and remember to log out before checkout.
• Our unit contains a digital inventory—missing or damaged items may result in replacement charges.

➡️ Restricted Areas & On-Site Policies
• Private or storage areas are off-limits.
• If your building has security or a front desk, please follow their instructions. Each complex has its own set of rules, which we don’t personally create. If you're unsure about anything, check with the front desk or feel free to ask us directly—we’re happy to clarify.

➡️ DIRECTIONS TO QUINTO SOL

Whether you’re arriving from Cancun International Airport (CUN) or the new Tulum International Airport (TQO), follow the steps below to reach Quinto Sol easily:

✈️ From Cancun International Airport (CUN)

1. Exit the Airport Toward Highway 307
After picking up your rental car or shuttle, follow signs for Carretera Cancún–Tulum (Highway 307) heading south toward Playa del Carmen.

2. Drive South on Highway 307
Stay on Highway 307 for approximately 50 minutes (around 55 km / 34 miles), depending on traffic. You’ll pass Puerto Morelos and several smaller towns along the way.

3. Enter Playa del Carmen Downtown
As you approach Playa, turn left onto Calle 38 Nte towards and follow for 900m. Then turn right on 10 Avenida. Continue for another 400 m.

4. Arrive at Quinto Sol Suites
Turn left onto Calle 28 Nte and Quinto Sol will be on your left-hand side.


✈️ From Tulum International Airport (TQO)

1. Exit the Airport and Follow Highway 307
Head north on Highway 307 toward Playa del Carmen.

2. Drive North on Highway 307
Continue for about 1h 10min (87 km / 54 miles), passing through Tulum and several smaller towns along the way.

3. Enter Playa del Carmen via Avenida Constituyentes
As you arrive in Playa, take the Avenida Constituyentes exit into Playa del Carmen Centro and follow for 900.

4. Arrive at Quinto Sol Suites
Turn left on 10 Avenida. Continue for another 500 m, then turn right onto Calle 28 Nte and Quinto Sol will be on your left-hand side.


➡️ Arrival & Self Check-In

Once you arrive at Quinto Sol, you’ll find a secure lobby with coded entry. Use the access code we provide to enter the building. From there, you can take the elevator or stairs to your unit, which is located on the first floor.

Your condo is equipped with a digital lock — simply use the door code provided in your guest portal (and via the messaging platform). To activate the keypad, swipe your hand across the display before entering your code.

If you’re arriving by car, please check your guest portal for detailed instructions on how to access the underground parking garage. Feel free to choose any spot you like.

Google Maps/Coordinates
You can enter “Suites Quinto Sol” or the exact coordinates (20°37'57.5"N, 87°04'06.1"W) into Google Maps to be guided directly to the property.

Traffic Conditions
Highway 307 can get busy, especially during weekends and peak travel hours. Allow extra time when planning airport transfers.

Speed Bumps (Topes)
Local streets have many speed bumps — some unmarked — so drive cautiously as you get closer to downtown.
