The Space: This modern two-story townhouse offers a comfortable stay for up to 10 guests. The open-concept living area features a cozy couch, Smart TV with Netflix, and a dining space for gatherings.
Living and Dining Area The spacious living room includes plush seating and a large Smart TV offering streaming entertainment. The dining area seats your group comfortably, set beside large windows for natural light.

We do supply some bath essentials to get you started, like some toilet paper, and soap. These items are not replenished each time you run out.
The cost of electricity is included in the nightly rate of up to 50 KW per day. If you go over the daily allotment, consumption is charged at 3.50 pesos per KW. For long-term stays, electricity is not included. You just pay for your electricity used.
Please note that there is a mandatory cleaning service every from 21 nights on & every 21 days, at a charge of $90 USD. If your stay is between 21 and 42 nights, you'll be charged an additional $90; for stays between 42 and 63 nights, two cleaning fees ($180 total) will apply, and for every additional 21 nights thereafter, $90 will be charged.
Thereâs an extra charge for additional guests/visitors over the capacity of the property.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Please also note that the property uses surveillance cameras on the premises. These cameras are strictly for security reasons only.
Lastly, long-term stays are available. Thereâs also a laptop-friendly space inside. Great for the remote worker!
The maximum speed limit within the residential area is 20 km/h. A fine will be imposed for exceeding this speed.
The pool is serviced on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. If you will not be present, please leave keys in the lockbox for maintenance to access.
HOUSE RULES - Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book. - Guests will need to climb stairs to access the upper rooms. - No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed in the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty. - No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. - Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay. - Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay. - Please avoid moving furniture. - Pets are not allowed.

The house and complex were wonderful. The home was clean and well stocked with plenty of beach and pool towels, along with separate bathroom towels. The pool was consistently clean, and our kids especially enjoyed the large community pool nearby.Security was present at the entrances, and after the first few days it was smooth going in and out. The surrounding area is still developing, and once completed it looks like it will be a very nice community. We were aware of nearby construction in advance; there was some daytime noise, but this is expected with a growing area. Being close to the main road made it convenient to get around.There are several small restaurants and grocery options within walking distance, which was very convenient. We especially enjoyed La Spazielle pizza.We added a few small items for our personal use during the stay (such as extra kitchen cloths and a drip coffee maker, as we prefer that style), and we hope future guests may benefit from some of these additions. The outdoor grill worked great.We also chose to schedule a mid-stay cleaning, which was a nice refresh. Overall, it was a beautiful and comfortable place to stay, and as the area continues to develop, it will be an even better location.
There were 6 adults and we had plenty of space for everyone. Place inside and out is kept very updated and clean. The only issue was how far we were from ANYTHING. Either need a car or whave to get a taxi for everywhere you need to go, a bit pricy for that. The other issue was there was 6 of us and they absolutely REFUSED to provide us another garbage bag when we asked.
