We had to move rooms, which we knew was a possibility. But it was a cluster. The front desk told us one thing, the luggage people told us another, and it seemed like no one really knew what was going on with that. In addition, dinner reservations were stupid. And another thing that everyone we talked to had a different answer. One person told us we could only make a reservation for that day (not future days), and we couldn’t get anything until 9pm. Then we couldn’t even get a reservation one day, even though we called as soon as the desk opened. And the person said: why didn’t you make reservations for every day you’re here on the first day? But we couldn’t! The lack of communication/different info was very frustrating to us.

Read a couple reviews about people complaining of food. Food was all delicious and I'm wondering how 'high society' these people who leave poor food reviews must be eating. Don't look too much into those poor reviews. this whole resort was lovely.

The property is beautiful and well kept. I had one issue due to noise in a room, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and comfortable. The staff was beyond friendly. My biggest complaint was the firm beds. I don't sleep well on those. Some people prefer them, but I don't. It made it difficult to get comfortable. Other than that, the property is amazing. I was saddened to see the beach erosion; the beach was huge the last time I stayed there.

Our first time staying here, we loved chatting with the members and hearing about years past, many return guests here. Nice rooms and decent food. A well priced quiet vacation to relax. Beachfront isn't the best we have seen but we still seam. The resort had recreated large sand dunes as a break water to protect the erosion of their beach. There is a very quiet area of sea to float, swim or soak. Easy to get around with mobility issues. Drinks are the slushy kind and okay. Great ocean views from restaurant. Great for relaxing quiet vacation.

Beachfront room with huge pile of seaweed in driveway beside room. Smelled like death to the point we coul not enjoy patio Not allowed to play our music by pool Beach fair. Lots of erosion; not enjoyable to swim Lastly- limited dining options as reservations for the two nice restaurants all taken by members who can reserve ahead while the rest of us have to call daily at 8am to find that only available for 5p or 9p I used to like it here but probably not returning
