The place needs a full update.. may have been nice in 1990. Service staff where slow and not friendly. Food was horrible, bad cafeteria food is the best I would say about it. Elevators need service. One of the two hot tubs was cold and the other smelled of urine. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It is definitely not a resort, at best a motel with a pool. No staff members attend the beach and each morning guests and dragging or carrying their own chairs out to the beach. The mattress was like a rock. Very disappointed that Hilton would have their name on a property like this. Definitely diminished the band name for me

This is not my first stay at this Hilton. Needs a bit of updating. Did not like the fact that I had to pay an additional fee for arriving early. I am a Hilton rewards member. What’s the point?

Everything was excellent; however, on Saturday and Sunday, starting around 8:30 a.m., renovation work began at the hotel. The noise from the saws and hammering woke us up and prevented us from resting as desired. Furthermore, despite our request, we were not offered a late checkout.

It was OK - rooms defiantly need updating and a good cleaning, especially for the amount of money you spend for a room. Customer service at check in was wonderful. Staff at the main bar / restaurant were always phenomenal, helpful and top tier! However, the staff at the casino was so RUDE, never said anything and don’t dare ever ask a question. One night I cashed out my ticket and was shorted $20 (yep, it was only $20 but my $20) and the guy treated me like a criminal I swear! No real amenities for kids and the beach, well I wouldn’t consider it a beach; no chairs, umbrellas or places to relax. Overall, it was a 3 out of 5.
