Very happy with the personnel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, bed was comfy. Love having the dinning room and bar in the hotel. We had a great time!

We stayed here at the beginning of the trip and then one night upon our return to the airport to fly home. The first night they put us in a wonderful new room. The 2nd night we were in an unrenovated part, which is why it didn't get perfect marks. Eat at the Tuscan Table if you have time. Wonderul restaurant nearby.

It wasn't obvious when booking the room that breakfast was not included in the price. Other hotels in the area offer a similar room for a cheaper price and a buffet breakfast is included. The overall feel of the hotel was worn out and used. There was construction being done and an elevator out of service, perhaps they're updating things. There's also limited parking near the hotel. Be prepared to walk a good distance. Staff was the best part. They were pleasant and did their jobs very well. I hope the money the company is saving by charging for a buffet breakfast goes to the employees.

Booked three rooms for my bachelorette weekend Room cleanliness was not good hair all through Bottom of shower toenails left on floors from not being vacuum was originally checked into a room that had boxes and bags still in it then checked into another room that smelled like straight wet moldy towels to be checked into a third room.
