This is a great little place to stay for one or two people. It was perfect for us and our small dog. The room was easy to find. The host provided excellent instructions. The place was clean. It was also easy to explore the rest of Portland from here. I liked being able to park on a quiet street as opposed to dealing with city parking. I would stay here again.

Entry to second floor access was pretty dirty. Apartment, though clean, smelled mildly of cheap cleaner or pesticide, not sure. Place pretty run down. Needs a redo with better appliances and fixtures for 250 a night.

Lovely neighborhood and we wanted to like this place and maybe return. It was spotty though in terms of cleanliness and convenience. Just 1 small bowl and mug, no salad bowl, no vegetable peeler, no lids on pots, other things. 4 bath towels but no hand towels or wash cloths. No soap for the shower. Washer dryer in a downstairs room was very dirty and creepy so we went to a laundromat. Dirty rug. Things run down or broken. Hard to find places for your clothes. We will definitely opt for a hotel our next Portland trip.
