When arrived and pulled up under the covered area where the front doors are to go in, my wife was dropping me off to go inside to check in. While obtaining my wallet to go inside an employee walked out and rudely said you can’t park here. I informed them I know m. My wife was dropping me off to go check in and I was in the process of stepping out of my vehicle. After checking in and entering into our room the door would not shut all the way. The door frame was not aligned which caused the door to not close very good. The deadbolt lock would get stuck. The manager on duty came up to assist and just told us to be sure to just shimmy the lock and it would close. No offer to swap room. So we stayed and felt with it. After our first night, the next morning the bathroom counter was covered in water and water was on floor. There was a leak under the faucet. The hotel sent a maintenance crew up to fix it. Other than those issues we had no other issues. We had called to ask for the manager to voice our complaints and was told they would have the manager call us. We never heard back. We were only there two days so we didn’t bother to pursue it further. We decided we would not be staying there next time. The hotel lobby and rooms were clean but after the experience we had we were not pleased.

We did not eat at the hotel, so I cannot comment about the restaurant, but the hotel was very clean and the rooms were very comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful. The only reason I did not give them a 5 star rating was that the hot water ran out on the day we checked out. However, I would definitely stay there again.

Had a 45 minute wait for the room. Waited from 3-345 and was late to my event at 5 after I was able to shower and dress. I prepaid so it was surprising that a room wasn’t ready for me… I also felt trapped here because of the prepay I had no real choice but to be at the mercy of the hotel. Given the price I can’t see myself staying here again. The hotels response to the long wait was to give me a drink ticket and to ask me to wait at the bar… I’m a recovering alcoholic so it wasn’t very welcoming or an experience I’d want to put myself into again. If I was late checking out I’d be charged… the hotel was late to check in and there restoration effort was a drink ticket. If you can’t accommodate the stated check in time you shouldn’t falsely advertise that’s the checking time - or at least put a disclosure that you may need to wait for 3-4 for your room to be prepared, despite prepayment based on 3pm check in. I would have went to a hotel that would honor the 3pm check in so I could make my event. I’m really frustrated and exhausted with the added stress trying to frantically get ready and to the event on time.

The staff was super helpful and friendly. We were in town for a concert. The location was very close but it was cold out and they helped us get to and from the venue topping off a great experience. We will definitely be staying again.

Pool and sauna! Expensive food. In-room coffee service, bleech. (Bring your own tea and sugar.) Noisy heat. I would stay here again, though. Parking was cheaper than at other places (and convenient).
