Other Things to Note
Visitor’s policy: Renters are allowed to receive up to 2 visitors per day. They must be registered at least 1 hr. in advance. Each visitor must leave an ID at the front desk for time they are in the building. Visitor hours are from 9 am and they cannot stay past 12:00 a.m. They do not have access to the common areas (pool, gym, etc.). at any time.

Weekly maid service is included for rentals of 7 nights or more. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them.

There are new condo developments in progress around town and they may contribute noise and/or dust to the neighborhood. At the moment, there are no disturbances at the condo due to construction but be advised that could change.

Renters must be at least 25 years old.

Beach equipment including beach chairs and umbrellas are available for rent.

Peaceful Stay in Paradise

My stay here was perfect! Jimenez was very welcoming and friendly, as was everyone else. Sometimes the photos look better than the property- but this condo was exactly as pictured, with beautiful views! Very peaceful. Clean and in a great location. The bed was comfy and I slept so good! Honestly I was sad to leave and wish I could have stayed longer.

Just what we needed!

Had a great stay at this condo! If an ocean/beach view isn't important to you, it's very convenient to everything in the Romantic Zone and has a great rooftop pool that was very relaxing. Check in/out was simple and the building staff was efficient and accommodating. We'd definitely stay here again.

The best stay we have had!

This was by far the best rental unit we have had in PV. The unit was very clean and well stocked. The location was perfect to everything in the Romantic Zone. I would give this a 10 of 10.

Place was perfect. Rooftop pool just as nice as the pictures. Everything was just out the door. Close to the beach, but far enough away to not hear all night parties.

Fabulous location

Smooth check in; Aurora was fantastic with communication before, during and at check out. Wonderful friendly staff. Close to everything! Barbecue and lovely pool on roof. Loved our views of the mountains. Buses are a block away, liquor stores, great restaurants and 2 brew pubs a block away, open air markets a few blocks away. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Sofa could be more comfortable. Other than that - a terrific place. Would stay here again!

At this time of year PV is hot and humid. The living room A/C made a steady loud mechanical noise whenever it was on, it was so annoying, I mostly didn't run the A/C. I reported the issue but nothing was done. Also the living room ceiling fan didn't work.

It is with great reluctance that I write a negative review. I’ve stayed in this building at least 5 or 6 times and really like the Zenith and the neighborhood. This unit in fact nicely located within the building and is clean and well stocked. My issue is with the condition of the blue sofa in the great room. It’s badly broken and frankly dangerous. There are springs and other steal pieces protruding from the frame and eventually someone is going to be hurt by this thing. I wrote to the management company and owner explaining the situation and never received any response. It’s not right or fair to rent this unit at market rates and not have a place to sit in the great room. Until they show photos without the blue sofa I would not rent this unit at any price. The problem is easy and I would guess not very expensive to fix. It’s a head scratcher why they have not done so. I’ll try to post photos of the sofa because it’s current condition is nothing like the photos used in the listing.

Enjoyed our stay

The location was great, close to everything, but the condo was still quiet for sleeping. We stayed for two weeks and found the furniture very uncomfortable, new living room couch and patio table would help. The air conditioning was very welcomed. The staff in the building were friendly and helpful.

The concierge (Aurora) was fantastic! The location can't be beat - close to everything. The pool is lovely. The only negative is that the couch is uncomfortable. But I would happily stay here again.

Everything was perfect, the location, the property, and the condo. The rooftop pool was to die for and walking distance to everything! The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a bit noisy from the hustle and bustle outside making it hard to sit on the balcony but we loved every minute of it!

Great location. Totally modern & clean. Great linens & towels. Aurora, concierge, always available by text. Pool perfect & hot jacuzzi. Owner needs to replace couch ASAP. Looks nice, but not comfortable to sit or lie on. Nonetheless, had a great stay.

Nice condo in the heart of the Romantic Zone

I enjoyed this condo. The best point for me is the mountain view. The other side of this building looks directly into other condos so to have an unobstructed view (and not looking into someone else's condo) is idea. The building is nice. It only has one elevator which can be very slow. The pool is not my favorite in PV. It is small and the chairs are not comfortable. The unit was clean and well maintained. I would prefer they had a nicer more comfortable couch. It feels like a glorified futon. The kitchen has lots of utensils/pots/pans. The area is great. Walking distance to many of my favorite restaurants. - Tres Piatti, Don Chava and Cafe de Olla. If you are into nightlife, there are also lots of bars. I would rent this property again and the management team was very responsive and quick.

Great Stay

Property is new and modern. Garden and rooftop terrace are well maintained with great views and comfortable chairs. Apt is on the 5th floor. 7th is rooftop. Faces north. It’s quiet. Cable is limited but internet is good. Sports bars around for football. Covid testing on opposite corner for $30. Results emailed. One block to gay nightlife.
