BRAND NEW PENTHOUSE CONDO IN ROMANTIC ZONE - LISTEN TO THE WAVES

Welcome to Casa de Elijah, a brand new penthouse condo just steps to the beach. This condo is in a 12-unit boutique condo development (AguaMarina) in the perfect location in Zona Romantica. Literally steps to the beach and close to the Malecon, restaurants, clubs, shops, Ola Atlas and Los Muertos beaches and the pier.

AguaMarina is a safe and secure elevator building located on a quiet street that ends at Ola Atlas beach, just 50 meters from the front door.

Casa de Elijah is one of two units on the 6th floor(not including the ground floor) with the rooftop pool, gym and BBQ area just a short flight of steps away. This condo is a relaxing and enjoyable place to spend time and take in the views of both the mountains and the ocean.

Master bedroom with a king bed and attached private bathroom. Second guest bedroom with queen bed and sliding wall/door that closes and locks for complete privacy. There is also a work station in the guest bedroom as well as an entrance into the second bathroom. The condo has an open, bright great room and fully equipped kitchen with seating for four at the island. There is also a laundry closet with washer and dryer. Inflatable mattresses (queen and twin) are available if needed (i.e. sleeps 6).

Linens, bath and beach towels and toiletries included.

INTERIORES MEXICANOS, one of Vallarta's most celebrated interior design companies furnished and styled the condo.

Cleaning services are not provided during your stay but can be arranged for a small fee.

This is the perfect place to take advantage of the exciting adventures available in PV, as well as take a minute to breathe and relax in the natural beauty.

Wonderful 2nd visit!!

We’d stayed at this property a year ago for our 40th anniversary. No doubt, it was our first choice for a return visit. The condo itself is very well maintained, good security/easy checkin. The manager met us upon arrival, we unpacked and headed out! The location is most excellent. The perfect place to be for good food, great small bars, and nice view of beach and the city. Private pool (12 units) on roof and, up one stairway from this top unit. Very nice all around!

Amazing Location

Beautiful condo and Excellent location

Second time in this 12 unit complex. Great location for walking anywhere and enjoying the many wonderful restaurants and bars. Always meet new friends and see many old friends from prior visits. This is a very clean, very safe place and lots of special touches.

Wow great location. Great coffee right next door. Great restaurants all within walking distance. Grocery store a block and a half away. Condo is nicely appointed and kitchen well stocked. Lovely location

Location was perfect and accessible to everything we wanted to do. In the morning there was a wonderful instrument playing outside. I’m not sure what kind of instrument but I looked forward to hearing it every morning and hearing the birds chirping along.

This was a great place to base. Less than a block to the beach and boardwalk. A grocery store within a few blocks. A pharmacy right next door. We got massages a block away. Great view from the condo. Jesus was a good communicator.

The place is fantastic!

10 day trip to PV to celebrate our 25th anniversary. Everything was perfect! Super Clean unit. Jesus met us and was wonderful. Small nuances that I loved about this place: clear directions on how to use the washing machine and other appliances. Same for AC and ceiling fans. The location is outstanding!!!!!

5 stars is not enough stars for this property. Absolutly loved the location, the amenities, the staff, everything was top notch. They have thought of every detail. Even on day 3 or 4 we were finding things that we didnt even know where included such as a beach mat, cooler bags and so much more. The hospitality of the front desk was superb. I thoroughly enjoyed our daily spanish lessons and kindness. The location was great and always felt safe. Cant wait to come back!!!

This place was literally the best place I have staying in PV, and maybe anywhere. I hesitate to tell you about this because I'm afraid it'll be booked next year. But really, it's beautiful inside the condo, and the whole building. It's mostly quiet with some small exceptions. The balcony is great to have morning tea. The location is like 1 minute from the beach and right in the heart of where you want to be to walk everywhere.

Perfect Location and Building Size

I stayed here with my husband and 2 teenage sons. The location is perfectly located to see all the fun parts of PV. The rooftop pool was so nice and with a beautiful view. The property felt safe and was very clean. The building only has several units so it stays quiet and the pool and gym area of empty whenever we went. It felt like it was private. Will for sure come here again.

Comfortable, very spacious artistically decorated new condo.

We stayed 2 weeks in Casa De Elijah and loved it! Penthouse balcony had a very nice view of the ocean. Great location, close to everything. Host very thoughtfully provided fresh small bag of coffee for first 2 mornings, herbal teas and a few spices as well as laundry and cleaning supplies. Only small glitch we encountered was inconsistent hot water in the shower. Would start hot, then quickly cool down. Other than that, would highly recommend this property.

This condo is very nicely appointed and has great amenities. It has everything you need for a short term or long term stay. Located in a secure building in a great location in the Romantic Zone, it is perfect for exploring the RZ and Centro. Loved sitting on the balcony and hearing the ocean!

Beautiful condo

The condo is new and beautiful. So happy we found this gem. Modern chic design and comfortable beds. We walked to places to eat but the kitchen is well furnished had we chose to cook. You can find good coffee at local coffee shops to make yourself. The location is perfect. Steps away from the beach, all the shopping and restaurants of Zona Romantica. Local residents are friendly. Rooftop pool is a nice place to enjoy day or night.
