Our beachfront condo with its own private beach on Puerto Vallarta's famous Playa Los Muertos. This spacious 1,200 sq. ft. condo has two bedrooms, two king beds, and two full baths (walk-in shower/no tub). Kitchen has microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. Nicely furnished, including cable television in living room and master bedroom, washer and dryer, air conditioned (updated with mini-splits as of 12 July 2017), and ceiling fans throughout. Swimming pool is just steps from this first-floor unit's covered patio. Blue Chairs Beach Resort, Mantamar Beach Club, and Sapphire Ocean Club are all nearby. Many restaurants and shops are within easy walking distance. Gated entry with reception desk 24/7.

The view from Playa Bonita condo building is over Banderas Bay. At 27 miles across, it is the second widest bay in the world. The calm, clear waters provide the perfect backdrop to stunning sunsets that you can see from our patio. December thru March, the bay is home to the spectacular humpback whale. Be sure to schedule a whale watching tour on the bay.
Between June and December, Olive Ridley turtles lay their eggs on the beach. You might be lucky enough to witness baby turtles hatching and making their way to the sea.
Playa Los Muertos is a wide, sandy beach excellent for swimming. Local vendors wander the beach selling their crafts and locally made food. If you don’t want the goods they are offering, simply say, “Gracias, no.”
Los Muertos pier is a favorite fishing spot for the locals. You can arrange for your own fishing expedition from there, or take a water taxi to one of the South Shore villages that are accessible only by boat.
