VILLAS ALTAS MISMALOYA is a small condominium project with just seven units located above the Bay of Mismaloya which is located just 20 minutes from downtown, with fantastic views of the ocean and the ongoing coastline. As you may know, the south coast is by far the best location and has the best beaches on the bay.
Condominium B3 features 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The Master bedrooms have a king-size bed with a bathroom, closet, ceiling fan, and slide window door with a beautiful view of the bay and terrace. Second bedroom with two double beds, bathroom, closet, ceiling fan, and a/c. Living room with sofa bed, TV cable, dining room with a large slide window door overlooking a beautiful view to the bay and terrace, fully equipped kitchen, terrace overlooking Mismaloya bay and beach
Common area with swimming pool which is a very comfortable large pool with an aqua bar outside shaded bar area and a separate BBQ shaded area if you choose to enjoy your own private BBQ lunch or dinner.
