The people working there at the restaurants and surrounding areas the waiters and waitresses were great. The food was also very good. I liked that you didn’t have to make reservations for a restaurants. What I didn’t like was the fact that I reserved a single bed room And the lady at the front desk would not honor that I found that to be very dissatisfying

My only complaint with this hotel was on check out day, you lost all food and drink privileges as of 11:00am. That seemed unfair as we paid for all of the 15th but only arrived after 8pm. This is the very first time that happened to me and I have stayed extensively at all-inclusives. Shame shame

Everything was really amazing. Food, drinks and service. Very clean. The room had a mildew smell and was fairly noisy. Only real complaint is that once we checked out but were waiting for the shuttle, I was hassled about being there without a wrist band. They really need something for those circumstances.

This is a quiet, smaller and older property but offers a charming experience. Generous and friendly food and beverage staff with excellent beach and pool service included in the AI package. Daily activities if you choose to participate as there’s something for everyone. Only complaint is the ongoing lounge chair battle that is a problem every where so be prepared to be at the pool BEFORE 7:00 am if you want a poolside chair!
