This place is right in the heart of old Quebec. We could see the Chateau Frontenac outside our window. Basic accommodations, we had a shared bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning worked great. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Great for budget travellers who just want a clean, quiet place to lay their head. I would definitely stay here again!

Bad communication at hotel

I was not told that I need to ask for extra linens and towels or to clean my room when checking in. They have a very small sign near the stairs that states this, but it needs to be pointed out when checking in so that the guest is aware. I was left without a clean room and towels.

The location is unbeatable A++ it's an older building, but clean and well worth the cost compared to anything in the area & the a/c works great !!

Walking distance to Chateau Frontenac , restaurants and shopping areas for souvenirs.This is an old building and has no amenities, rooms are small and has no elevators. The stairs are a bit steep and run down. Very good location.
